I used these cleaners 3 months ago for a 2 hour job. They sent one maid. The quality of the work was subpar. Only after my review did they offer to come back and reclean possibly for a better review. I figured they are trying. I reduced the work being asked of them from last time as it seems they are slow paced especially as they charge by the hour and not the project. I asked for them to do standard clean of my 2 small bathrooms. And my floors. Let's just say she couldn't get through that. She spent 75 mins in my tiny bathrooms. And then had 45 minutes to vacuum and mop my floors. And she still didn't finish that. The largest and most used room was untouched. She had time left but she wanted to go at her slow pace. It was odd because she didn't seem to have what she needed to wipe the floor. And she didn't use a vacuum to pick up the dirt and trash. She didn't move any chairs around to get under things or under any rugs. There was no heavy lifting that would have taken this long. In my opinion she had enough time to do what was asked of her. It shouldn't take 2 hours to clean the floor and do 2 bathrooms. I can do all that within an hour. I think bc it's an hourly service vs. a project service they take advantage. My regular maid cab deep clean my house by herself in 4 hours! I can do all of that in much shorter time. I use a vacuum and my mop kit. I want ti like them. And use them again. And wish I can give them a better rating but I can't. Also, they sent the same maid from the first time. So I don't know what it's like with different ones. read more

Very disappointed with this company. When I spoke with the representative to schedule the cleaning, I explained exactly what I needed done. I was specifically told that unloading the dishwasher and putting dishes away was included in the standard cleaning service. I keep my apartment clean myself on a weekly basis, so this was not a heavy-duty cleaning job -- just a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. The cleaner spent almost three hours here, much of that time in the bathroom, which was already maintained. After the service was completed, I realized my dishes were never done, even though I was told they would be included. Communication throughout the entire process was very difficult. There was a significant language barrier with the cleaner, which made it hard to clearly communicate expectations and ask questions during the service. When I contacted the company about the issue, they only offered 5% off, which made no sense considering the agreed standard cleaning was not completed. As I tried to explain what I was originally told during booking, the representative hung up on me, which was extremely unprofessional. At this point, I will be pursuing the matter further through small claims court in an effort to receive a full refund for services that were not completed as promised. Overall, the communication was poor, the service did not match what was promised, and the customer service experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company. read more

I typically don't like to leave negative reviews as I'd rather work directly with the business to resolve any issues and provide feedback, however the service provided was just not acceptable. I requested a deep cleaning service on short notice for the place I just moved into, and in fairness they were able to accommodate. The cleaning however was not at all what I would consider "deep cleaning". Two cleaners came to do the job. The surfaces were generally well done but the floors were terrible. I had to remind the cleaners to mop the floors (which is on the deep clean checklist) and after they finished mopping (they only used a swiffer with a dirty rag) the floors were still filthy (see the photos). I asked the cleaners if they could mop again and they did, however the results were the same. I called best clean service to see what could be done (partial refund or another cleaner to come and do the floors properly) and was told a partial refund was impossible but they would send the same cleaners back to try again. They came back, did the same mediocre job, and told me it was impossible for floors to be properly cleaned without special equipment... Overall the service took 4 hours (8 man hours total between the two cleaners) and cost almost $500. I have a ~1,200 square foot condo. I have no clue what they were doing all that time but it certainly wasn't worth the time or money. I've never had cleaners tell me that having clean floors was impossible, but it seems that's the attitude of Best Clean Service. Would highly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Got a move in/out cleaning from Best Clean Service for our house that we are going to rent out. I appreciated the response time from them about an estimate and what was included in a move in/out cleaning service. I was told for my size house they would need a team of 3 people which would be $115/hr. They estimated it would take between 3-4 hours. I did not want them to mop since I was having a separate company come to deep clean my wood floors. There was a list of extras which came with an additional charge, ie $50 for an oven cleaning and $20 for cleaning blinds. What was not explained or clarified was that they would still be charging by the hour while they were doing the extras. It ended up taking 4.5 hours to clean my single story, 3 bedroom 2 (small) bathroom house - not including moping all the wood floors. To be fair, the house had been lived in for 8 years and the oven was very dirty. Communication was great, they did a great job but I feel the "extras" charges were not explained throughly. I don't know if I would have asked them to do as many extras as I did had it been explained that would add onto their hourly time and therefore cost substantially more than the "fee" they were advertising to charge. Hopefully that makes sense for the next client who will use them. Would use them again for a more simple cleaning, no extras. Thanks for the hard work! read more
