This is where I should've known the problems were going to start. After about 45 minutes he called back and said that he had to set up his guy at another job site and would come my way afterwards, of course I said this was fine as I was at the unit with the electrician anyway. About an hour later he finally shows up and take a look at the unit and let us know how he will proceed with a quote, stating he had to punch it into a system and it would give him numbers at that point. By 3 PM that day I received a quote for $2700 to clean our 1600 square-foot unit. We asked if there was any discounts available and we agreed on $2400 at that point. Again another red flag is when he attempted to ask for half of the money down (which per the state of California they can only ask for 10% down) so he obliged when I reminded him of the state law and took the $240 deposit. Mind you my husband and I run a plumbing company so I know exactly how other contractors work or how they are supposed to be ran. Work was to be started 6/15 and be completed by 6/18. On 6/15 I met Daniel at the unit to handover the keys so that it would be more convenient for them not to have to wait for me to open up the unit and close it, that way they had full access to whatever they needed to get in and out. He stated they would be spending any word from 8 to 12 hours in the unit per day. This was far from the truth! The first day they were they are probably a total of 4 hours and when he says "crew" it was only him and one other person. Then he noticed that the ladder that was there for the electrician was gone and was irritated and made a side comment "now I'm going to waste my gas to go home and get my ladder". This should have been a red flag number 2. The next day 6/16 the camera system was supposed to be installed and I made him aware that they would be working around each other. This is where it gets extremely bad. Daniel met us at the unit at 7:30 AM so that the electrician could get in, as soon as we got the electrician all set up my husband and I left so that they could get done whatever they needed to. This is where the situation got even worse. We are now the second day in and nothing has gotten done and they literally only had two bucket shop vacs, a leaf blower and no cleaning supplies. Then come to find out from the other tenants that they were only spending about one hour every time they were at the unit and would disappear for 5 to 6 hours at a time. They also reported that Daniel and his employee were constantly in the parking lot smoking marijuana!!!! Highly unprofessional! At this point my husband and I return to the unit in the evening to you pay the camera installer I noticed that the unit is in worse condition than when we left it! Cobwebs still up in the skylights, dust & trash everywhere and none of the rooms had been touched the 2 days they were there! I asked Daniel to be back at the unit in one hour as the camera installer was wrapping up and we had no keys to the unit. After an hour and a half he still did not show up and when I called him to see where he was he stated that the camera installer told him to come back at 4 PM earlier that morning, he then proceeded to ask him why he disregarded my request of being there within an hour and his answer was the same even though he stated when I texted him that he would be there within the hour. After the much frustration I then proceeded to ask him if the work was going to be completed on time as nothing had been done and they only had one more day to work in the unit. He then handed the keys over to my husband and stated that " your wife is coming at me sideways and you need to talk to her about how she speaks to people". I'm sorry if a job is not done and you are messing around and smoking weed in the parking lot I am sure that is grounds for a complaint! So he handed the keys over and says they will not be cleaning the unit anymore and leaves all the trash behind! I then proceeded to ask for my deposit back as nothing was done and there were several witnesses to attest to it. He refused to refund me my deposit of course, should have known that was coming. Needless to say honestly I felt like this was a scam! They take your deposit and then refused to do the work so they don't feel they need to give you a deposit back. Please refer to their yelp review also where they burned another customer for $250. No doubt I will be reporting them to every unit I can! Don't get scammed by this company! They will take your money and leave their trash behind!

They were very quick to reply and follow up. They answered my questions and were very honest about charging me for "add on's" that I was requesting that are not listed on their website. Such as grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning. If you need specific cleaning service talk to them in detail and they will try to make it happen. They emailed and text me a reminder of my appointment! They arrived on time and were very professional. I have a toddler and a 1 yr that were present and they were so respectful. I also have four inside dogs. They worked so hard and man I was kinda embarrassed because I had some tough stains in our bathrooms that they had to call for back up, lol. Another person arrived to help out and WOW! Just wow! I never understand how they get everything smelling so CLEAN and SHINY! They washed my dishes and swept my patio, which they shouldn't have!! Zero vacuum lines? So why bring the vacuum? Dust left on every ceiling fan, half wiped? All light fixtures and switches untouched and still dirty? Didn't even touch the microwave, didn't clean the counters in the kitchen or bathrooms. I wiped my hand and still saw crumbs on the counter! Dust right above the counters in the kitchen... cabinets still dirty not even wiped down. Didn't sweep or mop? But said I can pay her via venmo?? So I asked her why nothing was cleaned and sent photos of EVERYTHING that was stated on her website and what I requested. She goes on to say they didn't just twiddle their thumbs while at the property but they supposedly worked really hard and the house was "difficult to clean". And when I told her to adjust the $350 she was trying to charge me to a appropriate price because nothing on the list was completed. She then states she can come back when the moving tenant is completely out . Even though only a desk and bed were in the property. While sick and pregnant I had to spend 2 hours cleaning the house so it was ready for the photos the following day. Don't waste your time or money with this lady. Completely shit.
