No salons are open on Mondays in the town where I'm from. I was very pleased with my cut. She took her time with me and we shared conversations about healthy hair. I said yes, I have an appointment with Mandie. me Mandy is right there (two chairs down across the aisle). I walk over to Mandy and I stand in front of her chair while she sits there and on her phone. after an uncomfortable eight or nine seconds, I say are you Mandy and she says hold on a minute and continues to scroll. She then stands up and stands behind her chair. No hello, no hi, nothing... I proceed to tell her that I've recently moved here and after having the same person cut my hair for 25 years I'm struggling to find a decent barber. I'll then show her a picture of what I would like done and ask, can you do this? To which she replies, on your head? I said no on my arm lol. She then says well I can try. Reluctantly, I asked you think you can do it? are you being rude right now? I said no, I'm simply asking if you think you can do this. She says, I feel like you're being rude right now. The tech didn't cut nails, trim cuticles and barely brushed the scrubber on my feet. She out in lukewarm paraffin that didn't cover my feet without oil! What is the point?!! Then she painted my toenails with old polish that did not dry. I have clumpy mess on my toes. They don't dry and she nicked one while painting. Instead of fixing properly she glumped more nail polish on! What a mess! I've got to go somewhere else to get all that she did wrong fixed. No callous treatment. Horrible pedicure!
