I said yes, I have an appointment with Mandie. me Mandy is right there (two chairs down across the aisle). I walk over to Mandy and I stand in front of her chair while she sits there and on her phone. after an uncomfortable eight or nine seconds, I say are you Mandy and she says hold on a minute and continues to scroll. She then stands up and stands behind her chair. No hello, no hi, nothing... I proceed to tell her that I've recently moved here and after having the same person cut my hair for 25 years I'm struggling to find a decent barber. I'll then show her a picture of what I would like done and ask, can you do this? To which she replies, on your head? I said no on my arm lol. She then says well I can try. Reluctantly, I asked you think you can do it? are you being rude right now? I said no, I'm simply asking if you think you can do this. She says, I feel like you're being rude right now. Too which I said never mind. Have a great day and walked out. I now see why she had so many appointment appointments available today while everyone else was booked full.

No salons are open on Mondays in the town where I'm from. I was very pleased with my cut. She took her time with me and we shared conversations about healthy hair. She does a phenomenal job every time. I pretty much let her do what she wants because I trust her judgment. The only time she questioned me is when I said cut it off.
