I gave him two projects and after a month with no feedback I stopped in to see where we were with the projects. I was told they would be done soon. another month went by and still no progress so I stopped in again and heard, "Soon." I retrieved my thumb drive after they downloaded it onto their computer and waited another few weeks before giving up and finding another shop. Last weekend I hosted a tennis themed bar mitzvah for my son. We priced out all the items and Diane had the most competitive pricing for the majority of them. I try to get things done super early so I'm not scrambling at the last minute. We started chatting with Diane many months before the event, but didn't actually place the order until about 5 weeks beforehand. While this usually seems to be enough time it did feel very rushed for a few days making decisions on designing each item, but appreciated that Diane worked fast to get in done. Everything got to Chicago in time for the party with the exception of sports fingers for the dance floor that got held up in customs in Canada. If i use Diane again, which is likely, I plan to get all the orders in 8 weeks of time to give us a bit more breathing room. Everything came out super cute - favorites being the sweatshirts (don't think my son has taken his off all week), sports sandals (the women really appreciated them halfway thru the night when their feet started to hurt and it kept all of us dancing), flannels (always the most popular item). Diane also did a great job of sharing her thoughts on which of our logos would look best on each item...and the finished productions were adorable. I appreciated how communicative she was with both me and our event planner thru the process. We spent a small fortunate on swag, which we paid for once everything was all in, but it really did look super cute in the pro shop.
