I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Melon Ink and their AMAZING STAFF!! They have went over and beyond when it comes down to customer service. We had submitted a huge order with them and missed a few shirts completely our fault and they came through for us last minute and made sure we got what we needed. Saying thank you is not enough. Worst place to get anything printed. Gave them job to print two office items and both times quality was horrible. Ink/Print was coming off easily and yes they reprinted the item but not without much argument and frustration. Though the experience wasn't the best first time, I thought this may be a fluke so I decided to give them another job/chance. Believe it or not this was simple job of printing cards. They not only printed horribly (ink splashes on some cards, bad cuts which made the design tilted and uneven surfaces) but also argued that most people will not pick on it and these are fine.....really, you would provide bad quality stuff because most people don't check your items before they pick it up. Trust me guys, get your job done elsewhere and save your time and money. read more

I was starting my new company and needed some shirts embroidered. I went around to a few shops in the area and eventually found Elegant Embroidery online. I visited their location and was impressed with everything they had to offer. Nancy (the owner) was very helpful and offered to either embroider my own shirts, or shirts I bought through her company. Since I'm a big guy (tall and wide) and like to try on my shirts before I buy them to make sure they fit properly. I ended up bringing in my own shirts and Nancy was still happy to take care of me. The shirts were professionally done, on time and the quality was great. My logo also had to be scanned into the computer and Nancy did this and made my logo look "cleaner" than when I originally had brought it to her. I had such a positive experience with Elegant Embroidery that when I had the opportunity to use their services again, I was happy to recommend them to the local soccer club. I then found out Elegant Embroidery was already on their approved supplier list as they also handled many jobs for the local schools, many local kids sports teams and just about anything you could put your name on.
