He ended up ordering them online through Crown Trophy. And, sadly enough, 90% of them arrived broken. We were devastated and frantic. We had to get the trophies fixed in less than 24 hours. That's when Harris Trophy comes in. Even Without having been their customer before, they made us feel like a top priority. They ended up fixing all of the trophies in record time! They were so amazing. So wonderful to work with. And so accommodating. It reminded me of when I was a kid and companies genuinely cared about their customers. You can tell that Harris trophy genuinely cares about it's clientele. And, unfortunately, that's just so hard to find in today's world. Their web site says they do engraving on guns. If you're looking to maybe get your name or some…read morecommemorative personal thing put on a gun, perhaps this business can do it. If you're looking for any sort of NFA-related engraving, with its strict ATF requirements, forget it. According to the lady I talked to, any engraving they do will just be light scratches in the finish and won't go into the metal at all. Apparently they also do laser engraving, but again, this rather uninformed lady said all they can to with their laser is maybe penetrate the finish, but nothing into the metal at all. She even claimed there's no such thing as a laser that will go into the metal. I didn't bother trying to argue with her about it. Also, they say that the piece has to be left there for a week or so. I tried to explain to this lady that it's a violation of Federal law for them to take in a gun overnight without a FFL, and that any gun work needs to be done same-day, while the customer waits, unless they log the gun into a FFL bound book. I also tried to tell this lady that the receiver I had to be engraved was a firearm according to Federal law, even though it can't be fired, and needs to be treated as a firearm. Again, this lady was clueless about all this. I gave up on it. This is the second NH "trophy engraving" place I've been to that claims they can engrave firearms, but when I get there, it's a big waste of time and travel. I guess I will have to mail the receiver out for engraving at a place that knows what they are doing.

Ray, the owner, has a dedicated staff that is highly skilled to handle a huge range of products. They always seem to know just what I need. And just this last year, I needed a banner, like NOW and Greg personally handled the project immediately - even though he was right in the middle of departing for a long-deserved vacation! Take my word for it. These people are an absolute pleasure to work with, in my opinion.
