The worst attitude from the owner that he don't wanna check the camera because i put my clothes with hot water and no one else was there to touched all of the machines on cold while we did on hot bottom, just to not spend hot water, and he says i don't have time to waste for u to check on camera. I run bussines myself too and as a bussines owner who else supposed to be dealing with customer's issue. He started telling us that go somewhere else because he knew what would be happenning cause i was about to call the police and report this tard piece of crap . Never ever bring ur clothes here, dirty place not washing good , and cheap idiots turning of even the cold water to wash ur hands on the sink just to have almost zero $$ expensies on their dirty laundrymat, they don't even let u used the bathroom that is " made for customers" freaking ridiculous PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T go there, there are few laundrymat in main ave 2 mins drive from there , let them be out of bussines and get them out of there. read more

I visited here because I needed to do laundry really quickly, the place I usually go to is far from me and I was short on time. Unfortunately, it's very old school, literally looks like machines from the 90s maybe older idk. Everything is coins, so I can't even use my card to pay for the machines. And amazingly I guess the owner or whoever was in charge stepped away. There was me and it seemed like two other customers in the store and one of them called one of the employees because I guess he was overcharged for something and then the second customer said she needed detergent and was asking when the employee was gonna come back. That is crazy and unprofessional to leave your customers alone in the store, especially when they need help. I parked in the back and when I walked in, I noticed the floor was wet. On my way back out I realized it's from a leak in the roof which, 1- is disgusting because the puddle is like yellow and 2 that's so dangerous. Anybody could slip and fall. Definitely never coming here again, glad I didn't have to spend my money here. Leaving this review wherever I can. read more

Terrible place to laundry. They charge you extra if you're only using the dryer. And half of the dryers smell kinda funky too. Went in today to do laundry and impatient customer(s) or workers took my finished clothes off the washer to their own laundry because I stepped outside for a few minutes. Hello, I've been going in this business for five years, and any issues that arose were taken care of immediately. When Roger was in charge of the facility, Roger was on point in attending to any concerns, which were barely any when I was there. The owners are such sweethearts and always willing to give you a hand and greet you as you come in. If I needed a bag, Mrs. Rosa made sure she found one. This spot has the least expensive machine and works without fail. I met many people and, in time, became good friends. The facility is immaculate. You never see any garbage on any part of the business. The owners are constantly there for their clients. read more

This little family owned spot has saved my life! After having some of my clothes ruined by another cleaners, they are much appreciated. They do a great job with dry-cleaning or wash 'n fold, listen well to any special requests, don't mix the colors and folds them nicely. May sound silly, but it's important. Downside: they only take cash, but other than that I'm a big fan. You can trust them with your clothes. #Awesome read more

Horrible place for Laundry and Dry cleaning. I've tried 10 driers. None of them have high heat. My clothes are still wet. After I rudely interrupted the employee's chit chat on the phone for some toilet paper, she gave me the dirtiest look ever and told me she had none. (She was talking about what she had for dinner the night before while she's at work) The toilet paper was for my pregnant wife who needed to use the bathroom urgently. I used a total of 6 washing machines, 4 of them didn't use the softener that I put in them, I wanted to use the hot water but my clothes came out ICE cold. I needed change for my bills and the machine didn't accept my money, asked the lady to change my bills and she said I probably have fake bills, ended up getting change from a small grocery store a few doors down. read more

Place was nice 8 years ago but they have let it go and now it's dirty and none of the dryers work. Mold on the flaps where you put the detergent in. Dryers steal your coins and ruin your clothes. The girls that work there are not helpful. Don't go unless you want to be there for hours and leave with wet clothes. read more

I thought at first it was my imagination but now I know for sure....three times, three different machines, there is no hot water, only warm. Today I asked the attendant when I felt the water about it not being hot, she told me that's as hot as it gets. When I wash sheets and towels, I want HOT water, not warm. If they need to charge like some other Laundromats extra for hot water, so be it but when you say I have a choice of cold/warm and hot....have it available. Most of my wash I do use cold or warm but there's no replacing hot when you need it. How terrible this is to do to your customers.....shame on you! read more

The worst dry cleaner I had! They ruined my Juicy Couture winter coat!!!!! I paid $200 for it and now I hope I can wear it! The coat had a faux fur on the hood but it was not removable, so I dry cleaned it ones before and it was fine(in another place) and then my friend suggested me to go to this place and when I picked it up (the coat still was just 2 months old) and looked like new, the fur was all burned and looked very bad, and the lady there didn't want to acknowledge it, she was saying that I brought it like this, but I have pictures of the coat just from the day before I took It to clean here, it looks perfect, so I said I want to speak with the owner, I waited 2 weeks for him or call me, then left him 3 messages, and visited the cleaner 3 times, he was not getting back to me! They change me for the service and never even offered me to fix the damage, and he never even call me with apologies! So I went to the place a month a half later to just take my coat, so I can take it else where to get fixed and going to report them to a better business bureau. And still no one has called me form the cleaner!!!!! So if you care for your clothes, don't take it to this place! read more

I love this place, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the place is clean and the machines are Great!! The attendant goes out of her way to help everyone. This is a very nice and clean laundromat. They have very good machines.I particularly like the small machines. I like the service, the attendant is very friendly and accommodating to anyone's needs. I can go on Sunday and pick up my dry cleaned clothes, and the wash and fold is out of this world, they give your clothes clean and with a fresh smell (love it). They pay attention to detail.
