Great place to stay in billings. Comfy beds, plenty of pillows. Excellent water pressure in the shower. I absolutely love the line of toiletries crowne plaza has! They smell so good... Relaxing and fresh. Just wonderful. This property is very clean, the decor all matches. Front desk personnel is helpful and friendly.

I will say too expensive for Billings. That being said, my room was nice, clean and comfortable. Personnel were nice.

It was part railroad station, ticketing office, and mail room. Its grandeur as a venue attracted scores of celebrities - presidents, governors, entertainers, and visiting royalty. President Theodore Roosevelt addressed the Billings townsfolk from the steps of the building in 1911. Its been used as the backdrop for countless movies including 1992's "Far and Away" with Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman. Today, the building has been restored and many of the original wood finishes are still there --- gleaming and dazzling. The building has been lovingly restored and once again plays host to many of Billings' most memorable celebrations. It's a beautiful venue for hosting an event. Our group of 45 held a dinner in the Depot's historic mail room building, and it served as the perfect backdrop for a collaboration of local businesses. We were greeted by Michelle Williams, Executive Director of Billings Depot who introduced a local historian from the Western Heritage Center. She shared Billing's railroad history with us. Bar service was provided by Bar MT, and local Chef Stephen Hindman of Stacked, a Montana Grill catered a three-course menu for us. Everything went off without a hitch, and the Depot was the perfect spot to hang out for the night.
