Very unhappy with my stay here at this hotel. Room was hardly ever cleaned, maid would come by every 3-4 days but would only make up bed and not change the sheets, trash was always a problem, they never would even vacuum the floors when attempting to clean the room. I was also charged for a room "with a pool view" which I didn't request and due to its still being cold outside when I checked in(04-09-23) the pool was shutdown and covered. The room charges was continually changing and then I was asked to check out 6 days early due to the hotel over-booking even though I had booked the room for 30 days continuously. I was in town for work along with @ 3500 other people and most of the hotels in the area were price-gouging everyone. A 2star hotel regularly $85/night were now asking nearly $200/night. Smdh!!! I have lost all faith in Best Western hotels and will it use this company again in the future.

Dumpster view rooms. Don't fret about it being full though, they empty it at 630am... as loudly as posdible.

We really should have stopped in Laurel. I'm not sure what makes this Best Western Plus, as I am certainly not feeling it. As a matter of fact, this just took my second to least favorite slot in the Best Western line. The cleanliness of the room allowed it to top my least favorite marginally. Sadly, it isn't anything that I can fix by approaching the front desk, as I draw the curtains to eliminate my dumpster view. [Edit: the dumpster was emptied, at 6am, loudly...] Sketchy, lumpy bed, [edit: later discovered a rather thick matress pad was either the wrong size or place on incorrectly or both, causing a ridge down the sleeping area. This was addressed by management, definitely worth a bump in ratings.] ...Shower only in the room and I really could have used a whirlpool tub or a hot tub... [edit: It is possible that the room description said shower only, as my husband reserved the room. I could have used a soak, as we rode a bike in. My muscles were screaming and we got in too late to use the pool. Our fault, not the hotels.] At least they have the updated sign & the towels are soft... plus reviews say that breakfast, which will be at the restaurant across from us is going to be good, and well worth the estimated 30 minute-1 hour wait. Also, an excellent location, sans the noise and less than stellar window view. Did I mention I should have stayed in Laurel? [Edit: The responses to our reviews have been kind and thoughtful. I found myself surprised and impressed by management!]

This is a picture of my child's feet after crawling on the carpet for a couple minutes

This place is pretty gross. You would think they would take extra Per caution due to the Covid pandemic. We booked this hotel because supposedly Best Western has "industry leading cleaning standards ". I walked him and Lysol wiped everything and you wouldn't believe the amount of stuff I got off of the counters. It appear to of been some coffee drips or something like that. Also there was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. And my children's feet turn black from walking on the disgusting carpet. The plus side of this place as you get a voucher for the bakery across the way which has a pretty decent breakfast.

Stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a family wedding. We booked the 2-room, 3 bed "family room" and it was perfect - spacious, not fancy, but comfortable, in the part of the hotel overlooking the pool. Very convenient downtown location, near some great restaurants and one of my favorite karaoke bars! Also, next door to the famous breakfast joint, Stella's, although we did not have a good experience there (see separate review). The Best Western isn't as upscale as the Northern, or even the Crowne Plaza, nearby, but the pool was a big selling point for the kids, and we enjoyed using it each day. Free WiFi and parking. Overall, nice stay.

The super clean bathrooms were full of somebody else's hair

You receive a Hilton goodie bag with 2 water bottles and a Hersheys chocolate bar when you check in if you're a Hilton Honors member. I stayed for a few days and wanted a relatively quiet room away from the elevators. The receptionist helping me accommodated by putting me up on the 4th floor towards the end of the hall. Rooms are all suites here with a built-in mini kitchen with a big fridge + freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Comes stocked with plates/bowls/utensils/cooking instruments. You can even borrow a pot and hot pad for free from the front desk if you want to cook in your room. Super convenient if you want to avoid spending money eating out. Bathrooms come with large containers of shampoo and body wash in the shower, so you don't have to worry about awkwardly asking for more mini bottles of shampoo if you have long hair. Lots of lighting provided in the room, no matter which corner or area you are in. Plenty of desk/counter space for you to work. My room even came with a mini conference/dining table that you could roll out from under one of the counters. Free breakfast served from 6-10am down in the lobby. There's coffee and tea directly across from the continental spread. Juice (apple, orange) and water (flavored, plain) are available to the right of the food options. The options are very nice imo. There's cold cereals, hot oatmeal, fresh blueberries/blackberries, granola/nuts/dried fruits, microwaveable scrambled eggs, breakfast burritos/sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, greek and regular yogurts, milk, bagels/bread/donuts, DIY waffles, and a variety of spreads. Indoor pool and gym also available on the 1st floor if you are interested. There's an outdoor fire pit to the left of the front doors if you like to sit outside and chill during the evenings.

We arrived around 9:45-9:50 pm, just before the kitchen closed at 10. Abby, our waitress, could not have been more welcoming. She got us seated right away, recommended the fries (which were incredible), and made sure we had everything we needed even as the kitchen was winding down. Special thanks to Chef Joe, who deserves a big compliment for putting together such fantastic food at the very end of service. The wings were amazing, the burger was excellent, and the fries were so good that I actually finished them, which I almost never do. That says a lot. The atmosphere was fantastic lively but not overwhelming, with a party still going on since the bar stays open until 11. I haven't even seen the room yet, and I already love this place. Between the service, the food, and the energy, this stop turned into one of the highlights of the trip. Abby and Chef Joe both deserve a shout-out for making it happen.

Absolutely our favorite hotel on this cross country roadtrip!…read more The rooms are all like mini apartments with fully decked out kitchens, dishes, full size fridge, cooktop, microwave. It was SO convenient for a traveling family. The room was immaculately clean, as was the rest of the hotel. I appreciated seeing hand sanitizer dispensers in the elevators and by the breakfast space. No part of the hotel smelled like mold, which, in the eight hotels we've stayed in in the last two weeks, is a first time occurrence. Laundry room downstairs ($1 in quarters to run, which is half of what we had to spend at our last hotel) was right next to the pool, which meant we could run our laundry while we let the kids swim. The pool was a really great size with floor to ceiling windows for light, complimentary towels, and non-slip tile around the pool deck which you would think is a no brainer but this was the only hotel we've stayed in so far that had it. Downstairs they had 24/7 coffee, tea, and ice water available. We went by one night and they'd placed cookies out! There was a lovely outdoor seating area with a fire pit, market lights, and comfy seating. They also had board games out for use. The complimentary breakfast was awesome-- waffles, oatmeal bar, boiled eggs, yogurt, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, bagels, toast, cereal, juice. They also had coloring pages/crayons out for the kids that they changed out daily. Just adorable touches. There's also a little convenient store downstairs where you can buy jars of pasta sauce and pasta, frozen meals, etc. in case you need something to cook. The WiFi was pretty decent as well so I was able to get some work done. We appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the front desk staff-- they were helpful with things to do in the area and with lighting the fire pit when we wanted to spend time with new vacation, friends outside.

JC The breakfast attendant went above and beyond what we expected to make our stay a more enjoyable one. Folks here are very friendly!!! I totally recommend this place If you're visiting for a couple days or even a week. The breakfast was more than continental breakfast. The breakfast burrito on Friday morning and the egg sandwich were very hearty and you can easily take it on the go. JC, the breakfast attendant is very attentive, helpful, very personable and social. He shared some of the touristy places to visit. He was prompt in refilling all the stations without having to ask for things. Stations were clean and food were well presented (robust). We've been to a lot of hotel breakfast but this place was , hands down, better than most. Front desk was prompt in any request. I do have to note that house keeping is upon request which is fine and I personally like that...my preference. Ben, the manager was able to reverse the double charge as we went through a 3rd party book. He even personally called us to follow up with the status of our charge. The only criticism I have as with most hotels are thin walls and heavy feet from tenants above. A definite place to stay and if travels finds me back to Billings, this will be home :)
