Nearly the entire side of my yard is left open and the developer will not respond to requests to be "neighborly" and work something out. The shared boundary wall has stood for decades and yet the delver won't acknowledge any wrongdoing or offer any solution. The site has only been worked on intermittently over the last, approximately 5 months, and I worry about if all of the hazardous materials surveys have been done prior to to demolition. His workers don't seem very careful about damaging neighbors property. They also damaged my front fence, but I had it repaired and painted because I there were not workers to be found for a month, and I didn't know who the developer was at the time. I have "before" photos and video that verifies this fact. The "after" videos and photos are EGREGIOUS!!!. Very disappointing that a developer wouldn't be more neighborly.
