Within a week, Arbutus had an estimate to me sent via email and followed up with a hard copy in the mail. I waited at least a month for the others to finally dribble in. After comparing each estimate carefully, and against one another, I decided to go with Arbutus. I hoped the prompt and professional way they handled the estimate would follow through with the actual job. I was right. Within two weeks they were in touch with me to book the job. When finally we got a good day they arrived at 7:30 am and were finished by 4 pm. That's right, the entire job and cleanup was done in one short day. The guys were friendly, professional and did what they could to minimize any inconvenience. I have a neighbour who is GM for a large commercial roofing company and he checked out the job Arbutus did.
