The new contractor told me price of new membrane in the area that was improperly done by Trent Roofing. So I realized that i paid almost Two Times what it should cost to Trent Roofing. Trent Roofing charged me about two times standard rate for new membrane for that area. Satnam Virk of Trent Roofing charged me too much and I paid. So this company scammed me with twice the charge and their work is poor and not adequate. I have to re-do the torch membrane that Vitk put in because it's leaking and defective. my recommendation is to Stay away from this company. He lied to me and said he will come back after another urgent job but as soon as he got my money he took off and did not complete the work properly. He does not have trained crew and works mostly himself with labourers.

In August 2025, we requested our refund, and the company confirmed in writing that it would be returned. We were later told by phone that payment would be issued within 45 days. Despite multiple follow-ups and a BBB complaint, we have not received the promised refund. The company advised the BBB that a cheque had been sent, but no cheque was ever received. More than a year later, we are still waiting for the return of our deposit. Our experience was marked by missed commitments, poor communication, and a failure to honor the agreed refund terms.
