I spoke to the local office as well as the corporate office and ask them if I can pay $50 every payday to make the payment that I fell behind on so I wouldn't have to take two payments out of my account at one time because that would hurt me badly financially. They agreed and said yes and then the next thing you know I have two payments taken out of my account at the same time for roughly $450 and two overdraft fee charges. They are already making an astronomical amount of money on each loan making $50 every two weeks and they obviously had no sympathy for me whatsoever when I explained to them that I was going through financial difficulty. This is not the kind of company that I want to deal with when I'm looking for help. In the long run all they probably did was make my situation worse.
