Yes, there is usually a bit of a wait, but that is not unexpected as we didn't make advance appointments. Today we were grateful to work with Ms. Yessica Gonzalez, who has helped us on other visits. She was as friendly and efficient as ever, taking care of a more complex matter and then transferring us to Mr. Marcky Giraldo. He was equally friendly, helpful and efficient, and we were finished much faster than I anticipated. They are not your financial partners anymore; they will trap you into fees and not respond when account becomes inaccessible -- I have been on hold for the last half hour waiting to close my account, because they keep charging me fees. The institution has changed drastically in their ability to meet customers' needs. It is of no benefit to have an account with them. Tropical Financial Credit Union is no longer customer oriented or even friendly; they would do well to remember that customers should be at the center of their business plans.
