I called to see if someone would be in office and went in. Rob was amazing. We discussed everything I had seen and he gave me suggestions and changes. Ended up getting better deal than I found on my own and with extra perks. On top of that all his knowledge about locations and cruise lines was invaluable. He took care of flights, hotels, cruise, insurance, everything.! And then all presented noon easy to read and understand document. I will no longer never book my own vacation. Rob and all the great crew at Expedia are stuck with us.

I got a flat tire the other night at the intersection of Dale Mabry and MLK, but fortunately was able to pull into a deserted parking lot just past the intersection. I called AAA, since I've been a member since 2014, at 5:01 PM. No problem - they said - you'll hear from dispatch. I get a text message saying a truck will be there at 5:31 PM. Perfect. But 5:31 PM comes and goes, and then I get an automated message saying the new time is 6:50 PM. What the living ??? I call in, say that's not acceptable since I'm not in the greatest of areas, and now it's completely dark outside, and they say they'll try to find other options. But I never hear back. And 6:50 PM goes and goes, so I call AGAIN, and am told by dispatch now the company they hired to do the job, Pete's something, is not answering their phone. Are you kidding me? I go ahead and make alternate arrangements to pay out of pocket, when finally I hear from a different AAA company that they'll be there in 45 minutes. Fabulous. The guy that came out spoke zero English, did not have the right size tire iron to undo the bolts holding the tire on, and had no air pump to fill the donut, but at least he got the donut on and I could get home. Over 3 hours after I initially placed my service call. AAA won't let you cancel your membership, but you have my personal guarantee that as of next August, I am DONE with their nonsense. Would never recommend.

All I had to do was book my flights and pay on travr website and I was good to go with a fun filled vacation all planned for me. I met lots of awesome, like-minded people and shared so many memories with my new friends in the group. The activities each day were fun and exciting but we also had down time to see the city on our own and explore other places we may want to go. They were all the best days but if I had to choose 3 of the of the best days: one had to be our hike through the towns of Cinque Terre (I spelled that wrong) where we found this amazing mom and pop restaurant literally on the cliffs of the trail, two was the boat day from Capri (life changing), three is actually the last day in Sorrento where we had free time so I found this magical little jeweler who gave me an Italian horn.. who then sent me to the sandwich shop I had been searching for... and then to a hidden lagoon that will forever be the most enchanting place. Time is of the essence. Take this trip. I had a moment where I just pressed "go." And I'm so happy I did because I've made the best memories and lasting friends.

It can get a little bumpy and the mosquitos were bad during our zip lining (remember to use mosquito spray) But it was so nice going on vacation and just having everything just done for us. Erik even scheduled a massage for us. As a singlemom, this was huge - to have everything planned out for us. We were able to go on vacation and just start relaxing. I would absolutely use Escaping Normal Life again. They thought of everything.
