The other was that the room was waaaay to crowded and there was no plugs for our electronics. None. I called customer service and they gave us a standard wall plugin to borrow. If you do go remember to make your room central because then you can be in the center of where you go. Before traveling, we contacted Royal Caribbean multiple times to verify the travel requirements for my mother-in-law. She is a lawful U.S. permanent resident with a Dominican Republic passport, and we specifically asked whether she needed a visa to board the cruise departing from Barcelona. We were repeatedly told that she did not need a visa. We relied on that information when making our travel plans. On the day of travel, we learned that she actually required a Schengen visa to enter Spain. As a result, our family suffered significant financial losses, missed travel, and an incredible amount of emotional stress after planning this vacation for over a year. What made the situation even more frustrating was our interaction with Josh in the Resolution Department. Rather than showing empathy or trying to help us navigate the situation, his attitude came across as sarcastic and unprofessional during one of the most stressful moments our family has experienced. Customer service representatives should be trained to handle situations like this with compassion and professionalism. During our conversations, it also appeared there may have been confusion between the Commonwealth of Dominica and the Dominican Republic. If that misunderstanding occurred, it would explain why we were repeatedly given incorrect information. Since the calls were on recorded lines, I encourage Royal Caribbean to review them. I understand that travelers are ultimately responsible for having the proper documentation. However, when customers repeatedly call specifically to verify entry requirements and are given incorrect information, there should be some accountability. Instead, we were left with substantial financial losses and were offered no meaningful assistance or reimbursement. We expected much better from a company with Royal Caribbean's reputation. I sincerely hope they review this situation, improve the training of their customer service representatives, and treat future guests with the professionalism and empathy they deserve.

When we got to the hotel, we received perks (only 10/day for parking, vs 30) that I know I would not have received had I booked this on my own. Endless emails and phone calls for the last 7 months to try and get it all sorted out and its still not correct. After getting my reservations and race registrations corrected it now appears like my fathers have disappeared. I never got any kind of invoice and receipt of any kind. I still get emails that say a payment is due even though I paid in full months ago. Whats the point of a travel agent if I need to contact Disney myself directly to get any answer or resolutions. would not recommend unless you headaches and stress.

They were fully staffed and there was a staff member directing us each way. They took our luggage at the curb as soon as we arrived and were then directed to go upstairs to the check-in counters. Everyone was helpful. We had another great experience after our cruise. There was a staff member stationed at every checkpoint directing us. Our luggage was waiting for us when we got off the boat and there was no wait. The only delay was waiting for our rideshare to leave the port.

Arrived around Egmont Key around 11:15am or so. We had to be back on the boat by 2:15pm for a 2:30pm departure to arrive back to Ft De Soto by 3pm. The boat was $30 per person. The park entrance fee is $5. Worth the trip and money. Leave early and allow plenty of time for traffic The boat offers covered seating and a galley on board selling snacks, soda, and water. Definitely pack snacks and food. We didn't thinking we wouldn't want or need it but regretted it. I brought 2 40oz water bottles, which was enough for me. Wear beach clothing with a bathing suit and cover-up. Bring sun protection too. If you don't want to buy food, drink and snacks on board be sure to pack a small cooler.
