I thought it was really strange for the drive thru clerk to not let us complete the transaction after the pin was entered like we tend to do when visiting and placing our order. This time the clerk completed the transaction after giving us back our card. They decided to slip in a tip onto our receipt thinking we wouldn't review those details later on. We never approved for that to be added when we paid for our order. I did bring this to the attention to the manager on duty over the phone before returning there to get a refund. I appreciate them willing to work with us, but their silence over the phone once I told them about it was incredibly concerning. I really love going here, and this has never happened before. We normally don't grab smoothies later in the night either. I didn't think time played a role in a place I thought to always be legit and cool with customers. I'm rating this at half because the smoothies they make there are still awesome, and any other workers there continue to do a great job. Just please, don't try stealing money from other people I beg of you. That's 100% not okay. :(

They basically went with the opposite of papa John's motto. "Worse ingredients for worse prices" Before you market things, please check your recipes. Below you'll find a perfect recipe for a dolce de leche shake. 1 pint dolche de leche ice cream Milk (soy or other milks can be used) Protein powder (soy tends to blend the best) Blend until smooth Enjoy.
