The best when I'm craving the perfect cookie. I like to go with the classics, but there's always something new to try

Trash cookies. I thought I would try the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake flavor since it sounded delicious but not sure how a cookie could be dry and crumbly yet taste raw at the same time. The frosting on there is too sweet and glopped on too thick and has a pastey texture. The raspberry jam was tart but even sweeter than the frosting. All combined in one bite was way too much sweetness. Every time I've had crumbl it's always been bad and yet I still think the new flavors will be better but it keeps getting worse. Not sure why people keep buying these cookies. Even grocery stores and gas stations have better cookies. Walking in there were two employees there and yet nobody greeted me but they did look and stare at me. Nobody else was in there so they were quick to pack up my cookie. Disappointed there wasn't even a public bathroom there! Just a place to pick up and get out. Not the greatest welcome. Kiosk to order is hidden but easy to order on but not easy if you want to use cash, not even sure if that's an option since nobody was around to help. read more

It seems there are crumble locations in basically every city at this point, but I recently stopped at this location and had a positive experience. I do like that you order off a tablet. This location was well maintained and clean. The service here was quick and very friendly. I have been to several locations where the employees don't even look at you when talking. The guy who gave us our cookies actually had a fun personality and engaged with my boys about enjoying the cookies! It made it a more fun experience. I got 3 cookies and a cheesecake. They were all very good. Of course it depends on the week since they rotate flavors. But their sugar cookie is always solid. Their tres leches cake is spectacular! In fact, I don't think I could say a single negative thing about any of the cakes I have tried. I would say, look up on the website to see what options there are before going in! Haven't been here in awhile and was at a recent Twins game and saw a promo. If the Twins get 6 hits (which they did), you can get a free chocolate chip cookie. What a bargain. Thanks for being a partner of the Twins. I'm not the biggest chocolate chip cookie fan (I know, weird, right?) but that fact let me save the ccc for Husband and get the Reese's peanut butter cup one for myself. The cookies here are so good. Crumbl cookies seemed over-hyped to me nowadays, but I enjoyed the chocolate pretzel cookie. All the cookies are super sweet for my liking, so it's okay once in a while. I wouldn't buy it often. The butter cake was wayyy too buttery. It might be worth it for some other folks but not me. They have all the cookies baked and prepped on the side so the ordering system and receiving your order is very quick. read more

4 stars because I've been to this location a few times and usually the service is quick, there's never more than 5 people inside. Tonight was a Monday, and I'm not sure if this was why, but I walked inside and there was about 30 people waiting for their items. I ordered at 5:55 and didn't receive my order until 6:20. Therefore I waited 25 minutes for 3 cookies and a rice krispy bar. I noticed about 5 people working so maybe they need more people on Mondays because that was CRAZY. The person who gave me my order did apologize for the wait so I applaud them for acknowledging their long wait time but hopefully they can find a solution so not every Monday goes this way! read more

I've visited this Crumbl a few times and have used the curbside pickup option both times. Waiting is a thing of the last! The orders are ready when I place them which is so helpful since I'm usually bringing these to work meetings! I love that they show the cookies and make sure everything looks right before sending you off. Quality control is on point! I unfortunately had the worst experience so far at a Crumbl location. I am unfortunately here in MN for an unfortunate family situation and still wanted to redeem my birthday cookie for some semblance of normalcy and joy. I was ecstatic to see there were Crumbl locations in MN (I'm from out of state). I ordered my cookie ahead of time and went in the stir to pick up my cookie. Here's the negative experience: Upon entering, not one of the 3 employees acknowledged my presence at all as a customer. I saw someone waiting for their cookie and I stayed back to allow space and for them to be helped. After they were given their box, I still wasn't acknowledged at all (I was right at the pick up area). I waited and allowed time and space to see if anyone would come up and ask for my name or if I had a pick up or even say "hi" or "we will be right with you". Literally none of that happened. After the next event (the young small blonde worker handing a man who entered after me his order while again not even looking at me and passing his box past me into his hands), I said "is there a reason that no one is acknowledging me?" (This wasn't said rudely, I was genuinely curious after waiting and left wondering). Only then did one of them say "I'm working on your order and I'm just trying to get these orders out". Again, the point was missed. So when she handed me my box, I said "honestly, at least a "hi" would have been nice". I got a "sorry". Then after I left and was in my car doing my pick up survey, all 3 workers were clearly talking about this and me. It was hands down the worst experience and customer service experience ever at Crumbl. To be treated like I was invisible and not even worthy of a greeting, was appalling. PS I don't know why she said she was making mine, she didn't know my name or ask for my name in order to know she was making my order. So her response and assumption was also another poor customer service mishap. My mood went from excitement and joy from a very taxing family emergency trip, to feeling very negative and sad. I truly hope management is training on basic customer service skills which should always include acknowledging customers who walk in the door and who are waiting at the pick up area. What happened today was inexcusable and was unavoidable. This experience overshadowed the cookie and rendered eating it less enjoyable as well. The 2 stars is for the cookie alone. My Wednesday in Eagan was a bit different than the two previous workdays. I didn't need to get takeout because I had planned to make lunch in my hotel room's kitchenette. Instead, I needed to fetch an order of cookies from this Crumbl Cookies in Apple Valley during my lunch break. Before heading over there for this dessert pickup, I had placed an order for six cookies through the Crumbl Cookies app. It was straightforward and allowed me to pay with a Canadian credit card. I headed out and spoke briefly with a lovely woman at the hotel's front desk. We were talking about the weather and it was nice talking to someone other than my colleagues online. The pickup procedure is interesting. You basically show up at the store at the time that you had specified when you had placed your order. You then go into the app upon arrival and tap a button to confirm that you are there. You head inside the store after that action. My pickup time was noon. I tried tapping the button two minutes before noon. It won't allow you to show up early. When noon rolled around, my button tap was successful. I walked in and there was one other man there. A woman said hi to me and knew who I was based on the app button tap. She said that my order would be ready soon. Sure enough, my order was ready before the man's. I thanked the woman who handed me a pink box and headed out the door. I will need to mention that the box containing my six cookies wasn't sturdy. It felt more malleable such that I had to use both hands to carry it and the tab that closed to the box's top popped up. It is my only gripe. You could lose your cookies and your mind if you don't hold on to your box of valuables for dear life. Because the box lid had popped open, I took a look at these cookies. They were huge. OMG! It looked like three regular-sized cookies morphed into one giant Crumbl Cookies cookie. I carefully placed them down in my rental car and drove back to the hotel. I parked and headed into the hotel. The woman at the front desk was having lunch in the common area where you can have breakfast with others. She was eating with a colleague. She took one look at the pink box that I was carrying with both hands and we had this brief conversation. "You got cookies from Crumbl Cookies!" she exclaimed. "Yes, it's my first time," I replied. "Enjoy!" she said with glee. "Thanks!" I headed to my room, placed the cookies down on the table, and proceeded to make lunch. I decided to have one cookie for dessert after lunch. I got the following cookies: - Classic sugar - Buttermilk pancake - Snickerdoodle - Red velvet white chip - Hot chocolate - Chocolate chip I believe that the classic sugar and chocolate chip cookies are on the menu regularly. Each week, the other flavours change. Some Crumbl Cookie stores sell ice cream. This one didn't have ice cream as order options, but was the closest one to the hotel that I was staying at. I love hot chocolate, so I had to have this cookie first. It tasted like a hot chocolate in cookie form. It was chocolatey and rich in flavour. The mini marshmallows were perfect. It does have a fair amount of sugar. I didn't care. It tasted so good that I was a happy cookie camper experiencing a sugar high, followed by a crash involving a nap. These cookies are thick. I bought a lot that I ended up having one for breakfast one morning. I also brought the buttermilk pancake cookie back to Toronto. To make a long story short, my original plan was to eat it on the plane. I had it in my rolling bag. The Air Canada woman checking me in allowed me to check in my bag for free, so I said yes and my cookie was also a baggage check-in. My cookie was fully preserved as checked-in baggage. I ate it when I got home. It truly tasted like a stack of pancakes with syrup, in cookie form, but without the mess. I was blown away! Every cookie that I had was delicious. The red velvet white chip was amazing. It tasted like red velvet cake in a fancy cookie with white chocolate chips. It was probably my second-favourite cookie after hot chocolate, and tied with the buttermilk pancake. The chocolate chip cookie is special. It's essentially a sugar cookie built into a chocolate chip one. It's special and so yummy. I heated it up for a few seconds in the microwave. Do it! It's the best. The snickerdoodle was the one that I had for breakfast. It was a meal. It's probably the best snickerdoodle that I have had in ages. I do love a sugar cookie. I tend to like sugar cookies that are closer to shortbread (that is, butter). This one isn't full of butter. It's different for me, but still good. I am such a fan. The verdict isn't out yet if finding this place was a blessing or a curse, but man, to they make some awesome cookies. Crumbl has perfected the perfect ratio of doughy/thick cookie I have ever had the joy of eating. They magically have created a cookie that is large but still moist (let's be honest, probably just a ton of butter!) but still stays soft and doughy (which is important in a cookie, personal opinion) the whole way through. To top it off, literally, most cookies either come with a rich frosting or decadent topping like candy, crumble, or sprinkles. Cookies are quite large and are very rich so they are easy to share with others (or not!). Flavors change each week so there is always something new to try out or come back when you favorite flavor is back in rotation. Honestly, though I haven't tried a cookie I didn't despise. If you don't like change, they do have a couple flavors that are always on the menu. And the flavors are really creative, confetti milkshake, peanut butter crunch, brownie batter, so many to choose from. If that wasn't enough, you can also get certain cookies warm right out of the oven. Seriously, your healthy eating days are gone. I took my son here for the first time. It's very small but cute and clean inside. Free parking outside. There was an example of cookies available for us to see. They all looked delicious. My son ordered the Biscoff Lava and I ordered the sugar cookie. Both were amazing. The cost was on the high side but the cookies were huge. Almost too big. I would have preferred a smaller cookie. They did have small cookies on display, but they would not let me order them. Appease my, they are only available for catering??!! That was a bummer because I think they are losing sales. I would have bought some four packs of the small cookies for gifts. I would have purchased the small cookies to bring home too. The regular ones are honestly too big. Crumbl is that place you go when you feel like inhaling 800 calories in 5 minutes. The cookies are delicious and tend to be on the sweeter side, often with too much frosting for my taste, but that's easy to scrape off. The cookies are large, unique, and tasty. This location had a lot of growing pains when it first opened. The line was often an hour+ wait, they were understaffed, and they often ran out of flavors. We had our order messed up several times, and there were several other times they forgot ingredients/ toppings for different cookies. We stopped coming for several months due to the immense time commitment & frustration to get a box of cookies - just not worth it. However, as time has gone on, they have smoothed out the kinks and it is a much better experience. We still avoid busy times (e.g. Friday & Saturday nights) but the process is much faster, the quality is better, and the staff are always friendly. I love being able to use the app to see the weekly flavors, place a pick-up order, and customize my box quickly. My only current complaint is that the price keeps creeping up. I realize that is happening at the corporate level, and I'm not naïve to inflation and supply chain issues. However, it used to be just over $11 for a box of 4 cookies only a year and a half ago, and now it is over $15 after tax. Still a fun experience, but definitely not somewhere we can frequent as often as we'd like (which is probably good for our waistlines, but. I digress.) All in all - we enjoy Crumbl. We like trying new flavors. And we are happy with the improvements this location has made over the last year and a half! read more

It was my first time at a Crumbl location and I had heard so many great things about it so I was excited to try it on their grand opening day! Unfortunately, because it was the grand opening, the line was quite long. I waited for about 20 mins in line and by the time I got to the checkout line, I asked how long the cookies would take to make. The cashier stated "it shouldn't be too long" with confidence. That "shouldn't be too long" ended up being an additional 40 minutes. I understand that it was busy but I was hoping the cashier would be a bit more truthful with their time estimates based on the amount of people that were ahead of me. I had only ordered 2 cookies - the chocolate chip and the Caramel Apple. Both were beyond delicious, soft on the inside, but perfectly crisp on the outside. They even tasted amazing the next day! In total, I was here at this location for over an hour. Sounds excessive for just 2 cookies. I understand the "made to order" concept but I was expecting for such a busy day, they would make multiple batches of cookies in preparation for the amount of people ordering instead of making them as people order. On top of that, the girl who ordered behind me got hers first. Definitely was a surprise considering I thought they were making them in order. I only knocked off 1 star because I know they're still figuring things out and it was a busy day. Slow service. I've been to this location a couple times and no one greets me when I come in. I stood at the counter right in front of the register, and 2 employees were standing right there and neither one acknowledged me or asked if they could help me. Finally, one came around, noticed I was there (?!), and I ordered 2 cookies. This process seemed extremely difficult. The other employee turned around and started getting them for me. One cookie ended up being the wrong one, so he went and grabbed a pre-boxed one that had been sitting there for who knows how long. Both times I've been here the cookies seem a bit hard and stale tasting, just a general lack of quality and presentation. I'm all for employees with learning/cognitive disabilities working, but there was nobody taking charge here or running the ship. Wow. I love these cookies, but I'm not sure I can handle going here anymore. They screwed up my order the last time I went there, but I decided to give them another shot tonight for a couple gifts. Such a mistake. I did a pre-order assuming this would help since I also needed to pick up groceries- big mistake. I placed my order at 11:30 for a pickup at 6pm. I arrived at 6:10 and called inside to let them know my car was different than what I listed on my order and gave them my updated car description. They said "ok, we'll be right out!" 25 minutes later a staff member was walking through the parking lot looking into cars. I rolled down my window and flagged him down. He confirmed he was looking for me. He then proceeded to tell me 2 out of the 4 flavors I ordered were out. Mind you, I decided to place my $40 cookie order ONLY for those flavors and this menu isn't that big to be missing TWO. He said I'm just going to throw in chocolate chip. I would have preferred a refund but at this point i was so late I couldn't replace with a different gift. He then went back inside and came back with two boxes with chocolate smeared all over them. I paid for gift wrap- but no gift wrap. I explained to him that the boxes were dirty and I had paid for the gift wrap. He went inside and came back out with a HAPPY BIRTHDAY. He failed to listen or look at the order where is said this was a THINKING OF YOU. Not an occasion where I can show up with happy birthday!! I got out of my car and went back inside with the dirty happy birthday box- they slapped a thinking of you on top and called it good. Ooff. Okay, so I missed the Yelp Elite event for this place, but I had been going for weeks before. I know! Crazy. It's just that addictive. Idk. The cookies are even better the day after and even up to two days after. I keep ordering all flavors for each week and I have to have the classic chocolate chip, ya know? I keep ending up with 4-6 cookies. Problems! This place is in a strip mall at the corner. Plenty of parking. There is always a line whenever I go. Even if the line appears short, there is the inside that has 4-5 other orders waiting. Luckily, sweet smells waft and linger, so waiting isn't terrible. The workers seem to be a bunch of teenagers and sometimes the cookies are a mess. I know it is *just* a cookie, but presentation matters. The cookies are good and no other place is quite like this, but will this hype continue? I think it will. Great marketing with new weekly flavors will continue to draw people in by the boatload. My only suggestion is to offer smaller sizes without having to order via catering. Or, offer cookie subscriptions! Mmmmm. read more

Our order was sent to apple valley by mistake my wife pushed im here to pickup and noticed wrong store she called right away got answering machine returned call after 15 minutes said could not do anything about it because she said was here so that meant picked up however i know that they stay on screen til physically picked up. I called 3 times over the next week asking for return call from manager and also email and never recieved a response. So we paid for cookies for employee's to eat or to be resold. FYI - you just order on the tablet by the counter, click on quantity and then decide which cookies. I ordered: Chilled sugar - not much flavor Chocolate Chip - very good Waffle - my husband liked it, comes with syrup for the top Chocolate Oreo - excellent Sugar Circus Animal - not much flavor Their cookies are more soft and are very thick. I tend to prefer a thin, crispy cookie. They also like to frost most cookies with a lot of frosting. I scraped off most of it. The sugar cookies needed flavor - vanilla or almond extract would have helped a lot. Worth a stop if you are in the neighborhood. They also offer curbside pickup. read more

Who doesn't love cookies? Got a chance to order from Crumbl cookies today. I tried the cinnamon roll, sea salt toffee, waffle, and sugar cookie. My favorite was the sugar cookie.
