I…read morethought I would try the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake flavor since it sounded delicious but not sure how a cookie could be dry and crumbly yet taste raw at the same time. The frosting on there is too sweet and glopped on too thick and has a pastey texture. The raspberry jam was tart but even sweeter than the frosting. All combined in one bite was way too much sweetness. Every time I've had crumbl it's always been bad and yet I still think the new flavors will be better but it keeps getting worse. Not sure why people keep buying these cookies. Even grocery stores and gas stations have better cookies. Walking in there were two employees there and yet nobody greeted me but they did look and stare at me. Nobody else was in there so they were quick to pack up my cookie. Disappointed there wasn't even a public bathroom there! Just a place to pick up and get out. Not the greatest welcome. Kiosk to order is hidden but easy to order on but not easy if you want to use cash, not even sure if that's an option since nobody was around to help.

I don't know the employee's name but she had a lot of gold jewelry in her nose. I used please and thank you after everything that came out of my mouth. No "thanks" or "you're welcome" or anything after handing me the cookie. I'm sure you can pull footage to help with training. I was the only person in the store at 10:30am.....I then went to another store nearby for a pickup and was greeted and attended to immediately. And lots of thanking me for coming in.

The only downside for me was the overall setup. It didn't feel especially welcoming, there's no indoor seating, and no bathroom, so it's definitely more of a quick grab-and-go stop.

It is filled with two scoops of ice cream - priced at about $14. Personally, I think it's a little overpriced for what you get. The pastry itself was cruncher than I thought and it tasted a little burnt - and for that price I would hope for more than two small scoops of ice cream. When my friend and I went in, we were the only customers - around 9 o'clock when they close at 10. The employee was friendly enough and confirmed the dessert we were interested in was definitely not a donut. We were really confused when we place our orders and he went to the janitor closet/room in the back for about 10 minutes and came out with the pastry and then put it in a small oven or some sort. We noticed he was wearing gloves but he was using his phone which really defeats the purpose of using gloves. I'd feel more confident that our food wasn't being contaminated if fresh gloves were being used. I'm sure it could be some people's go to, but I think it's just not my type of dessert - although, I did enjoy the ice cream.

It was the perfect amount of sweet and savory. The key lime pie was nice and tangy with a crunchy graham cracker crust! Some cookies are served warm and some chilled. There wasn't a single one from this weeks like up we didn't like!
