I did see a sign that they don't replace fallen ice cream which is understandable. They have a few seating options outside as well as there's a ton of city benches in the area. I'm not 100% what it was but it almost tasted like they mixed in frosting with the ice cream. Whatever it was a bit of a warmer temp and sometimes was a rubbery texture, I didn't like that. The lady that helped us wasn't super friendly, the ice cream flavors would be listed but not tell you what's inside them so that was a bit much. Similar situation with the menu.
