Only two people are working and the entire store was in shambles. Around 30 people are waiting on orders. This was a horrible work environment for the staff. I felt the tension. They couldn't keep up. This was not their fault. No one could have read more

Ordered Pink Velvet Cupcake cookie & Lemon Glaze cookie; enjoyed Pink Velvet, which was very sweet but had balance from cream cheese-like frosting, more than the Lemon, which surprised me given I'm turned off by artificial tastes & colorings. (The Lemon being free of both.) Served with a smile (maybe the cheeriest staff in quick service food industry). Waited a considerable amount of time for 2 cookies, but was satisfied with the presentation. No seating whatsoever to enjoy your fresh baked cookie (even a couple cafe tables out front would be nice). Cost is high, about $5 a cookie, which will offend you more if you make the wrong selection (I favored 1 over the other). Don't think this is something I will get hooked on, but still a nice addition to our food scene. Would like to see natural substitutes for synthetic ingredients in best sellers & then I could really get behind this brand. But overall, a good experience. Recommed to any cookie lover. read more

Service at this location is horrible. None of the employees greet you. They all stand in the back making the cookies and just look at you and they continue to do what they are doing while everyone is waiting around for their orders which takes forever. I stood with a doordasher waiting he had the same complaint along with someone he spoke to that finally got her order. Everyone waiting that finally gets an order says good luck. If it weren't for my daughter loving these cookies, I'd never come here. Every single time I preorder with a scheduled pickup, I still wait 15-20 minutes after arriving. Staff ignore you, and my name stays on the screen forever..until it suddenly shows my order was "picked up"... while I'm still standing there empty-handed. I always have to interrupt and ask where my cookies are. What's the point of pickup times if they're never respected? It's a consistently frustrating experience!!! read more

Such a long wait - I waited 40 minutes to finally get a cookie. I even showed up 10 minutes before closing to try to minimize the wait. There were two waits - one to place the order then one to wait for the order. Cheesecake Cookie: Sugar cookie base with "cheesecake" frosting. The cookie was pretty good, soft and gooey on the inside and a little crispy on the outside. I'm not sure if it was worth $5 though. read more

Delicious warm, buttery, chocolaty....need I say more? The brownie cookie was scrumptious. We also had a peanut butter filled M&M cookie which was also delicious. Cookies are served warm. They are a bit pricey,($4.38 for 1 cookie, you save a little if you buy more) but ingredients have a quality taste and the cookies are large. Employees were very helpful. This was a must try for my daughter so we took the trip to find out for ourselves if the hype was true. The line was out the door and there was a lot of chatter about just ordering online. So we did both to see what worked better. We ended up inside and they had our cookies available as soon as we walked in. The presentation of the cookies was fantastic but the actual cookies were just okay. They are more like cake. The flavors were good but ultimately I'm not in love with thick cookies. Let's talk about Crumbl Cookies. A dessert shop where the menu changes weekly. Each week on Monday they release new flavors of cookies. The chocolate chip cookie and sugar cookie are staples and always remain on the menu. I went the week of Valentine's Day and the cookie flavors featured included New York Cheesecake, Chocolate Caramel, Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Confetti (Valentine) - this was the sugar cookie dressed up for Vday, Original feat M&Ms and of course Chocolate Chip. I was not at all impressed with the chocolate chip cookie I have had way better, then the chocolate covered strawberry was a chocolate cookie with a strawberry frosting and chocolate drizzle. The frosting was phenomenal, but I'm not really crazy about Chocolate cookies, so it was not one of my favorites. The salted caramel was also a chocolate cookie covered with caramel and salt sprinkled on top. I love caramel, but I'm not sure who made the decision that salt needed to be added to it. That ruined the cookie for me. I didn't even bother eating the original with M&Ms because I don't really like M&Ms and I didn't like the chocolate chip cookie. That cookie was the two combined. But my partner said it taste okay. My favorite, hands-down was the confetti cookies and the New York cheesecake cookie. The cookie for the New York cheesecake was like a graham cracker flavored cookie with cream cheese frosting, and then graham cracker crumbles sprinkled on top I mean it was phenomenal, so good I went back a second time during the week and got another one. It was amazing. The sugar cookie was perfectly soft with just the right amount of sweet. I was surprised to learn that in addition to cookies they also sell ice cream. I'll try that next time I go. I definitely recommend Crumbl but more for the featured cookies than the staples. 6 cookies cost about $23 and change. read more

The employees are friendly, courteous, & efficient. The cookies are pricey, but they are very large. All of the cookies I tried were good. Unless you are starving, I would recommend getting one, or at most 2 cookies, unless you are planning to save them for later. They have some unusual flavors, like pumpkin chocolate chip when I was there. It was surprisingly good. I would definitely recommend trying it, they had a steadily flow of customers in the time I was there. There is no dine-in, but the service is quick. The cookies are served warm, with the chocolate chips still melted. They are also soft. Plenty of handicapped accessible parking when I visited. read more

The cookies we got last time, were very overcooked With the exception of the soft sugar cookie (wedding cake) and was actually liquid, not gooey, but thickened liquid slosh texture....undercooked but great frosting. First time I saw this place I had no idea what it was. A few days later, I heard someone talking about it and found out it was a new cookie place so I decided to try it. The day I got there, the line was down the sidewalk with people waiting to get in. I thought it must be good so I waited. People were going in like they were VIPs and others were telling me that they probably ordered from the app. I was already planning ahead for next time to get the app. Once I got in, I ordered what I wanted, paid and stepped aside to wait just to be told ten minutes later they were out of three of the 4 types of cookies I wanted. I got a refund and left. Most disappointing hour of my life and my hubby was irritated just sitting in the car for over an hour. So I got the app and ordered ahead the next time. I ordered 6 cookies, each a different flavor and got through the process with a lot less stress. Except the cookies fell apart when we tried to pick them up. Hubby was not impressed with parts of cookie falling on the floor that we'd just paid and exorbitant amount of money for, plus a tip to the bakers. I still have the app, but I don't think we'll go back. I can bake at home and Barnes and Noble down the other end of the shopping center has great cookies for half the price. I'll never complain about a $2.50 cookie again! read more

Love the cookies. The semi-sweet chocolate chunk is our favorite. The employees at this location seem to get overwhelmed easily, though. My app said I was #1in line, but the board at the store didn't have me listed. I was just about to ask when they called out "single cookie." This was the most confusing consumer experience of my life. There were about 20 people in a kitchen making about 6 types of cookies? I think maybe 6 people tops is all it takes. These poor kids didn't even realize how slow they were moving...some advice for the finishing position - if you bring the box and spatula to the cookie rack and put them in the box there, rather than walk over for each cookie, you will save a bunch of time. Whew, I watched that for 20 minutes. Some other people (mainly over 40) were also losing their minds during this process. I was really thankful that my 13 year old, who must have seen this on tik tok, was also perplexed by the process. They had us wait outside for 10 minutes before we could order - no one was ahead of us inside to order? I guess the line outside is to make it look like it's hugely popular? But 20 people waiting 30 minutes for cookies is not popular. You can't help but wonder why a cookie is over $4 when you spend half an hour waiting for four cookies and watch good money wasted on people with nothing to do. I just dined at a three star Michelin restaurant where there were less staff and the food was quicker. Unfortunately the cookies weren't warm (see boxing instructions up top), missing a garnish (again only four, and they take even more time to show them to you but I missed it in my hurry to get out), and not very good. They're underbaked and overly sweet. Luckily my 13 year old makes fabulous cookies right here, in about the same time. read more

One hour wait for 4 cookies and my order was wrong, they fixed it, wrong again. One of the girls packaging cookies sat on the floor, pushed herself back up with her gloved hands, and continued to pack cookies without changing her gloves. The outside of the box was covered in icing fingerprints and globs. The staff also kept yelling out names for orders and no one was claiming them-- at least 15 orders, while 30 of us were waiting inside with no elbow room. Pretty sure they were making orders from the morning? No clue what happened, but the consensus of the crowd was that with their cookie warmers full, we could have done self service way quicker! Two stars for the cookies themselves. I might be back in a few months after their employees are actually trained on food safety and have some hustle. read more

BY FAR the WORST Crumbl location in Pennsylvania, possibly the country as well. Crumbl in general does not have the greatest cookies, but that can be expected from a corporate business. Nonetheless the big issue with this location specifically, is the obviously incompetent staff who fails to maintain stock and is sold out of one or two cookies every single day, every single week! I understand demand can be high, but at a certain point someone in charge should get a clue and adjust production to meet demand. It's almost like it's everyone's first day at work every day. Sure Monday or Tuesday you might not know what cookies will be the most popular, but by Wednesday and certainly by Friday you should have an idea. Not struggle with availability up until the last hour before you close for the week on Saturday. Three weeks already, I was not able to try 3 different flavors because no matter what time of the day on which day of the week, it was sold out. I might sound upset, but I'm honestly not this is just the energy deserving of such useless staff. read more

Waited awhile to see what the hype was about. Looks very clean, staff was friendly, and the line moved at a okay pace. I ordered 3 chocolate chip and 1 classic pink sugar (they ran out of the peanut butter brownie). I felt the chocolate chip cookies were underbaked and doughy the sugar cookie was good though. Waited in line 35 minutes outside with very few people actually entering for orders. Once inside we found a handwritten paper on the counter stating cash only. the card readers were removed from the kiosks. I asked one of the employees as a courtesy to their customers why wouldn't they put the cash only sign on the door or have them the gentleman manning the door letting people in let customers know it was cash only prior to getting in and was just given a dirty look. another customer then stated they were doing it to try to get people to stop placing orders because they were busy. also have to wonder if someone isn't claiming sales and pocketing cash. while there we saw an employee reach under the desk and return the card reader so that someone could pay with their card. also on the ordering tablet there is no option to pay cash. the employee came over and looked at the tablet and collected customers cash. read more
