I chose hot fudge and Reese's peanut buttercup with whipped cream and cherry delicious for $10. What they don't warn you is that takes about 5 to 10 minutes! My suggestion is order that get that served and then have them serve anybody else whose just getting scoops of ice cream?

The vibe immediately pulls you in, classic 1950s ice cream parlor energy with a fun, nostalgic feel. One of the employees was even dressed in a white shirt and black bow tie, which totally fit the theme and added to the experience. They have a huge variety of flavors and options, so there's something for everyone. We came specifically for their Valentine's Day ice cream flight, and it did not disappoint. The flight included: * Cupid's Milk & Cookies * Raspberry Cheesecake * Red Velvet * Chocolate Covered Strawberry Every flavor was excellent, but raspberry cheesecake was the standout favorite rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. We also grabbed a kiddie size of white chocolate cranberry cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious and worth ordering on its own. Because it was freezing out (a rare win), we took advantage of that and grabbed two kiddie sizes to go for my mom, knowing they wouldn't melt on the way home. They also had ice cream pies stocked in the freezer, plus homemade waffle cones and waffle bowls, which smelled incredible. The only downside and this has nothing to do with Sweet Ride themselves was parking. With all the snow piled everywhere, we missed a sign indicating a bus stop zone right in front of the shop and ended up with a $50 parking ticket from the borough. Lesson learned: parking in the area can be tricky, so just be extra mindful of signage, especially in winter. That aside, this was a five-star experience across the board. Fantastic ice cream, fun atmosphere, and a great overall experience. We'll absolutely be back just with better parking awareness next time. Highly recommend if you're anywhere near Reading

The menu is sweets and drinks but nothing ordinary! I had a hot Korean tea (Yuzu) it was sooo delicious on a rainy day! The server was very nice and offered more hot water for the tea as I drank it down which was a nice touch. I also saw staff cleaning through my time there! One thing to note is you do have to make a purchase to sit in! Worth it though!

Check your receipt carefully (NEGATIVE STARS!!!)…read more I was very disappointed with my experience at this café. After paying, I noticed that the prices charged on my receipt did not match the prices displayed on the menu board (I was charged little bit more on EVERY ITEMS). When I asked the employee about the difference, the employee acknowledged that the menu board prices were outdated. Since there was no notice before ordering that the actual prices would be different, I expressed my concern that customers should not be charged a different price without being informed in advance. My concern was not about a small dollar difference, but about transparency and being charged a different price than what was displayed. After I returned to my table, the owner came over to discuss the issue (SHE WAS SO UPSET!!) Instead of simply acknowledging the discrepancy or explaining it professionally, the owner became defensive and confrontational. The owner focused on why I brought the issue up with the employee rather than addressing my actual concern. The owner also said, "Report it if you want," which felt dismissive and disrespectful. A customer raising a reasonable question about pricing should be met with a professional explanation, not an argument. She even said why i argued with few dollars..I was like what do you mean?!? You don't see the concern here?!? More importantly, she didn't even try to hear what I said..she kept talking over me. Because of the owner's attitude, I no longer felt comfortable staying and requested a refund. While walking to the POS counter for the refund, the owner continued making disrespectful comments that I could hear (I was like....WHAT?!???) The issue was not about a few dollars. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds to a customer's concern matters. A simple apology and respectful explanation would have made a big difference.

The line was out the door and there was a lot of chatter about just ordering online. So we did both to see what worked better. We ended up inside and they had our cookies available as soon as we walked in. The presentation of the cookies was fantastic but the actual cookies were just okay. They are more like cake. The flavors were good but ultimately I'm not in love with thick cookies. I was also disappointed that with the limited selections that two were not available.

It was bizarre from a customer's viewpoint watching them mostly walking around as if they didn't know what to do. And you see everything as it is a big open space, and customers just stand inside the door and wait; there is no place to sit while you wait, no tables or chairs. Absolutely no sense of urgency, the employees were like turtles ! It took WAY longer than I had anticipated to purchase 3 mini cookies. The person who had arrived before me was not very happy, but said she had been there before and it was not like that. The cookies were yummy though
