These cookies are AMAZING. My husband and son went to go run some errands, and came home with a huge box of cookies, with an assortment of the flavors they had. He got the Oreo Mallow Sandwich, Patriotic birthday cake, Cornbread, Hazelnut mudslide, Coconut lime, & Chocolate chip. All so good! That cornbread one tho... drool worthy. I would love to give them 5 stars because I feel they're working the best they can with what they're dealing with... staff shortages the fact that 9.7 billion people want their cookies etc.... The cookies themselves are wonderful. I'm not in love with any of their chocolate cookies, but that's just a matter of taste. Get the 4 pack and share with. 3 other friends 1/4 of a cookie is plenty... although you won't want to stop there. read more

Cookies taste great but highly recommend ordering through the app. They prioritize the online orders first and you will have to wait in line before they take your order unless you order pick up. Also when they are low on cookies they won't sell in store. So if it's your favorite you might as well order online since you can't get it at the counter. read more

I'm only writing this review because we stopped in today. Placed my order on the screen, cool, easy. Then they proceeded to fill a large order and then another and the person behind me that only had 1 cookie. Fine I'll wait. While waiting I noticed one of the employees take orders to cars. He was prepping and handing out orders. ALL WHILE WEARING THE SAME GLOVES!!!!! Why? All the employees are wearing gloves and have yet to see anyone change them after doing one thing or another. Plus that seems to get cookie dough and frosting all over the boxes. We had to wipe down the box before getting in the car. My kids seriously love Crumbl but I think this is the last straw. Since the store opened it just seems like every week it goes a little more downhill. read more

I want to give this review 0 stars but I've given it 1 due to the fact that the red headed girl at the front was doing her absolute BEST to get orders out. I waited over an hour for the cookies and they sold out of 3 cookies somehow right after I ordered and I ended up not getting 2 of them. The thing that upset me the most is that door dash orders take priority over the customers in your store? We watched people order on door dash in line and receive orders before us. The guy in the hat with the arm tattoos working at 7:30pm on Aug 22 at the front was being SO rude to the people he was working with. Cookies taste good but it's annoying how if they run out of 4 pack cookie boxes you can't get 4 cookies without paying more than the cost of the 4 pack. They refuse to to put them in a 6 pack box or do individual boxes. So I got a 6 pack because if I'm going to spend the money might as well get my money's worth. Then right after I placed my order the cashier walked to the edge of the counter and grabbed MORE 4 PACK BOXES. Like I just payed $19.30 for 6 cookies when I only wanted 4. In my eyes that's really bad customer service in 2 ways, the first is can't put the cookies in a bigger box and the second is "magically" finding more 4 pack boxes right after having to order a 6 pack. No apology or anything was offered either. read more

Although the chocolate chip cookies are $4 each they are thick & good. No issues there. I've been numerous times & the quality of food is consistent, however the quality of service from the young employees needs improvement. You get a half-hearted welcome upon entering the store, you may or may not be helped promptly. It's a crap shoot each time. The overall feeling I get from an observer is that the employees there hate their job, & it's reflected in their quality of service. I'll continue to go there because the cookies are good, but with very low expectations on anyone being friendly. read more

In the past have gotten cookies from Crumbl-- however this time opted to go by in the morning. Big mistake! The "cold" cookies in my six pack must have been in fridge over night-- damp and soggy. Placed an online order for cookies. Was told it would be ready for curbside pick up at 530 pm. Arrived at 515 and noticed a long line waiting at the door. 630 came; no cookies. 545; nothing! 600; still Nothing. The line at the door hardly moved. I called my mom to come out and take over my spot. A car pulled up next to me and their order was ready! When my mom came up, she went inside and talked to 2 different girls. When asked about the delay, they asked for the name and just walked away. She asked a second girl and the same thing only this time they had the box of cookies!!! At no time did the give a reason for the delay nor did they apologize!! She said there were a lot of pissed off people!! read more

First time customer and the girl literally gave us a half eaten cookie also didn't give us our drinks and left out one of our cookies. Cookies are great. Service is terrible. The girls up front REFUSE to look at you. I went in after waiting 25 min on curbside. waited at the pick up counter for 5 min where I kept trying to make eye contact with the girls, no luck. finally got in line told a very nice young lady that I had been waiting and wanted to make sure my order submitted. she goes over to the other girls who just point at a box that had just been sitting there since I walked in. I've given them several weeks to get everything settled but this is the third time I've ordered and had an issue. I did a curbside order and arrived only to wait an hour, someone comes out and says that they are out of two of the cookies I ordered. I said I didn't think it was fair that In person orders(people who have come after I had) were getting their orders filled first. because I've already been waiting an hour. Next, I did a delivery order through their app and they called once again stating they were out of something that I ordered. I asked if they could wait for a new batch to come out because I was wanting to try that particular flavor. Lastly, today, I ordered at 3:21pm, said my ordered would be delivered at 4:07pm. It's 4pm and it still showed my order as not being picked up. I called and they said a driver never picked up the order, they said they would send it through again. I waited another hour and nothing had changed. I called back after waiting for 2 hours only to be informed that they are not able to refund my order and I have to wait for the owners to come back. I waited an additional hour and called back and asked if my order can simply be cancelled to see if the refund would go through. She said that worked. I truly love the product but they have to figure out a better system than what they have going on. This is unacceptable. read more

The cookies are great and my daughter loves to go often! We have been about 4 times now and every time the service is not good. Cookies are always great, just not the service. Today the lady checking us out just walked off in the middle of our order without saying anything, I guess her shift was over?? Then another person came to help us and she wasn't friendly either. The cookies are great, however the service is not good at all. Very slow and not polite. We have been to other locations in other states and the long line moves so quickly. We were shocked by the poor customer service. When we arrived there were about 10 people in line ahead of us. We couldn't figure out why the line was moving so slow, but we weren't too worried about it. When we went to order, we weren't greeted and the cashier stared at us with a look of contempt and asked us,"what do you want?" In a very impatient manner. We attempted to order a 6-pack of cookies, and were told that wasn't possible because they were out... of the boxes... I asked if we could order a 6 pack and just have it packaged differently(maybe one 4 pack box that's full and another 4 pack box that only had 2 cookies?)and the young worker looked at me like I was a complete idiot, raised her hands and shrugged her shoulders, and said "no"... Now, if there was some sort of policy against this(I highly doubt it) I would have understood. But the way she talked to me, like I was the idiot(basic math is hard) is what absolutely left a bad taste in my mouth. Along with the fact that by charging us for a 4 pack and two-single packs(that's 6 cookies for the folks counting at home), we were over charged as well... absolutely ridiculous. I have ordered cookies from here four times. Yesterday's cookie was delicious (salted caramel) and the first time I had a properly cooked cookie. My first three visits, I ended up throwing out more than half of each cookie because the entire center was raw. I have also tried the chocolate chip, orange, and sugar cookies. I like the concept of the cookie flavors, but the cookies really need to be properly cooked to be enjoyable. There definitely needs to be a designated curbside/online order staff member. The poor girl working the cash register was also the person running curbside. There needs to be better traffic flow. There were so many people waiting for orders that they prevented people from getting to the order line. Personally, I don't understand why an entire family or group of friends needs to be present to not only order but to stand and wait for the order in that tiny space. Might I suggest encouraging people waiting for orders to wait in their car and can be paged with a text notification system? read more

First off, the cookies are fantastic... if you can get your hands on them! I went opening night, ordered curbside, once I got there I waited an hour to then be told they "ran out of cookies" and couldn't give me my order that I paid for. To compensate for my time, they refunded my order & they gave me a coupon for 1 free cookie ($3 worth of value) which at the time immediately pissed me off since not only did I online order, I drove to the store (20 min away) and then waited an hour so it was more like a slap in the face. The entire situation was handled very poorly. There also are no spots designated as curbside so when I first arrived they said just park anywhere and they will find you. (seriously?!) A few days later... (I really wanted to try the cookies) I ordered on doordash and you basically have to order cookies at 9am if you want any because the slots are full all day and you have to wait until the next day if you try to order in the afternoon. Now a few weeks in, this is still the case & you still can rarely order curbside or delivery as they are still overwhelmed with orders. Unfortunately, the cookies are absolutely DELICIOUS and freeze well or I would say stay clear! Haha. It pains me to say this, but they are worth the hype and the trouble! I do hope they figure out the kinks so the process is easier to get my hands on them! read more

this experience was awful. we waited in line for 40 mins. when we got to the front of the line the girl opening the door said there was 7 mins left for the snickerdoodle cookies and there was one person in front, it took 6 mins to get in and order and when i asked how much longer they said 30 seconds until the cookies were done, i asked if i could get back in line as soon as mine were done real quick and order 1 cookie and they all said no and were very rude about it. awful customer service. wouldn't let a customer wait 30 secs after waiting 40 mins in the hot outside. i will never go back. if i could rate lower then 1 star i would.
