Well 3x visited 3x disappointed! I get it they're new!!!!! However, both our last trips there were met with sold out items but not really sold out. So this last trip yesterday the staff was not smiling, didn't seem happy. Quite frankly they seem lost and confused. W as it times to get your order after placed were crazy. We all ordered separately (obviously), while waiting we begin to be told that items were out, so we want a refund? Really just that. So we choose a different cookie... Here's the kicker! One of us gets our order, while she is waiting on the rest of us the cookie she was told they didn't have is given to another customer. LoL It was as simple as someone going to the back to retrieve the jelly. Never did they tell her this. So she alls if she can have her original cookie. It was like they were confused about her request. To make things even less customer service driven...... They took back the cookie she had to pick as an alternate. They put it back into the container they store them in. Several issues with this! 1. They didn't know if we touched it, or licked it 2. Customer Service for the inconvenience should have left that cookie there and just given her the one they told her was out but truly wasn't 3. If they have to take it back then it should have gone immediately into the garbage. I also ordered a cookie that apparently sold out AFTER I had already ordered it. No one can say anything about the product itself these cookies are amazing BUT the store needs to get their act together. I will go back to driving to Frederick or Mechanicsburg for these cookies if not. read more

First, you walk in the store and the smells will have you weak in the knees. Then the ordering process is short and sweet. You will be greeted by a friendly employee. Within minutes, you will your choice of deliciousness in your own cute box. Take a minute go in your car open the box and just smell the delightful scent. I always have to take one bite! Crumbl cookies just opened in Chambersburg and it was absolutely amazing for the first visit. I got six of their cookies each one was absolutely beautiful and so delicious. The staff greeted you as you walked in with a smile on their face. They were very, very prompt to make sure you were being helped and taken care of as well as very efficient. The cookies are nothing short of amazing, but the really unbelievable thing about the brand new Chambersburg Crumbl was the service: Opening day. No experience. Line out the door. New customers trying to figure out the kiosk. And yet, from the time I got in line until I was out the door was 9 minutes! I have waited longer in established stores read more

What can I say? I love cookies, and Crumbl makes great cookies. A little pricey? Yeah maybe. A little high in calories? Can't deny that. But, if you love chewy, gooey, decadent cookies, then you will love Crumbl cookies. Always fresh, sometimes warm, sometimes chilled ( depending on the cookie), and always good! read more

Went in to pickup my order and I was immediately greeted. Yes, there were people standing inside waiting and the two employees took time to greet me and everyone who came in after. The young man preparing my order was friendly and smiling. He even cracked jokes with me. Great experience and great cookies. read more

Nice location and friendly staff! The cookies were delicious! My favorite cookie ever was the strawberry pretzel but every flavor I've eaten has been so yummy! While I feel it is a little pricey, I love that they give you deals the more you buy and you can earn free cookies with their app. read more

very nice building. the workers are very friendly although inside the bakery is very small makes it hard to pick your order up at times. Parking is awesome very big open lot. some the cookies do taste as though to much butter in them. read more

Chambersburg's store is the first Crumbl I have visited and has a very addictive quality !! There's always at least 2 varieties (usually more) that instantly make my mouth water! read more

Strawberry cheesecake was delicious, chocolate chip was awesome, peanut butter brownie was really delicious according to my 7yr old. We will be trying other flavors this weekend. read more
