I frequently pick up crumbl cookies and they are usually great, however my last experience was not good. The cookies were dry and tasted day old. I'm writing this review because this is not normal for a Crumbl Cookie location. The staff was super sweet and nice and the cookie even look okay when they asked. When I returned to my car to take a bite it was rock solid. I know Crumbl and the cookies typically are nice and soft. I'm unsure if they maybe hired someone new but it was out of the normal. read more

First off, the store is really bright and looks great. It definitely attracts and stands out. Now for the cookies themselves they are pretty decent. In my opinion, there was nothing crazy about them. Along with this the price for the cookies were very expensive. I just didn't see the value. The employees were nice and I have no complaints. Well 3x visited 3x disappointed! I get it they're new!!!!! However, both our last trips there were met with sold out items but not really sold out. So this last trip yesterday the staff was not smiling, didn't seem happy. Quite frankly they seem lost and confused. W as it times to get your order after placed were crazy. We all ordered separately (obviously), while waiting we begin to be told that items were out, so we want a refund? Really just that. So we choose a different cookie... Here's the kicker! One of us gets our order, while she is waiting on the rest of us the cookie she was told they didn't have is given to another customer. LoL It was as simple as someone going to the back to retrieve the jelly. Never did they tell her this. So she alls if she can have her original cookie. It was like they were confused about her request. To make things even less customer service driven...... They took back the cookie she had to pick as an alternate. They put it back into the container they store them in. Several issues with this! 1. They didn't know if we touched it, or licked it 2. Customer Service for the inconvenience should have left that cookie there and just given her the one they told her was out but truly wasn't 3. If they have to take it back then it should have gone immediately into the garbage. I also ordered a cookie that apparently sold out AFTER I had already ordered it. No one can say anything about the product itself these cookies are amazing BUT the store needs to get their act together. I will go back to driving to Frederick or Mechanicsburg for these cookies if not. read more

Cookies are great as always. The store is always clean even with the amount of business. The crew at the Chambersburg store have some bumps to work out and seem to need a bit more guidance from upper management. Ordering on the app can be difficult at times do to the sell out time and not having the cookies you paid for when you arrive for your order because they have sold out. read more

Well I'd like to first start off by saying I have ordered 18 strawberry shortcake cakes from Crumbl. While they offer the sheet for $29 and change well they were never available to order online but was told they had them but couldn't order them. Ok so I purchased another 4 at 12.39 pm for pick up time for 9:50 that night I get there I'm number 3 in line and people who came in after me were getting waited on before I was even asked if my name was Troy. finally some girl asked if my name was Troy and I said yes and she proceeded to tell me they were sold out. I preordered them sorry she said they wouldnt Be any good by then and they only have a limited space for refrigerator stuff. Why then let me preorder if that's the case. Then they couldn't even refund me my money. Come back Monday or call. Our manager just left from working a 17 hour shift. Nice but that doesn't pay for my gas to come get cookies I thought i was getting to drive back empty handed. read more
