Wow don't sleep on the cold icing cookies or the specialty cakes/pudding! I'm really not supposed to have too many sweets, but it's just so fun to try all the new flavors that roll out every week. I know a lot of my friends are not big fans of crumbl and prefer a publix cookie. While I love the chewy chocolate chip publix cookie, I don't think one should compare the two and I mean, why not enjoy both? I like to think of crumbl as smaller cakey desserts and while I need to visit less frequently, lately, getting crumbl has been the best treat of my weeks. I usually try to review local businesses but honestly I'm always impressed with the service at this location. Review: Chain store gone viral for the right reasons. I do like that they switch the cookies up weekly. Product is consistent. Service at this location is always great. Cookies are definitely sweet but overall it's fun to try their weekly lineup. Recommend sharing! Serving sizes are massive. Cons: Parking is limited in the lot and the standing area is small if they are busy but it's a VERY FAST experience so it's not a big deal. There were 4 of us, so we ordered the 4 cookie combo box and each enjoyed our cookies that were fresh out of the oven and warm.  I especially enjoyed the German Chocolate Cake, with a delicious melted chocolate center in an already great cookie. On our second stop during our next visit, we ordered Milk Chocolate Chip, Rocky Road, Peanut Butter Cup and Confetti Cake. While I almost didn't order the Confetti Cake for fear it would be too sweet, most of us agreed that it was our favorite...the icing was light and delicious. I visited Crumbl during the holidays, so I tried their gingerbread, "reindeer games," mom's favorite, and York peppermint cookie. The cookies were good, but I didn't think they were worth the hype. I got really good at baking desserts over quarantine, so my standards are high. But to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe I just didn't come on the right week for me. Then again, I looked at the ingredients and it's more wheat and soy ingredients than I expected for this level of cookie hype. They have different flavors every week, which is exciting. They also have two basic cookies that are always in the menu -- sugar cookie and chocolate chip. Their rotating flavors can't be easy to do. It seems like a logistical nightmare to me. Ordering is easy, they have a couple kiosks and staff at the registers. The shop smells seriously amazing. It may be worth it to visit just for the scents in here. It's also cool to see everyone baking -- very open kitchen which I love. Overall I may go back, but I'm not lining up every week. read more

Came for the grand opening and there was a line already when I got there. You could smell the cookies baking even outside. You can order when you get there to avoid most of the line from two ordering computers or order from the cashier, you can also order ahead of time from their app and avoid the line completely. Everyone was super friendly and also fast at service. They change 4 of their cookies out each week. Each cookie is just under $4.00 and they also have 4, 6 or 12 packs. I decided to get a 4 pack to try. Pumpkin Roll, Monster, Milk Chocolate Chip, and Dirt Cake. Each of my choices were served warm and oh so yummy! I tried a little piece of each in the car (no seating inside) and my favorite was the milk chocolate chip and the dirt cark. The monster is peanut butter based so Ben is gonna love that one and the pumpkin roll is perfect for fall and was really fluffy. read more

While it's fresh on my mind the dulce de leche is the best cookie that we got. It's almost fit for the season and perfect with some milk. The chocolate chip cookie is a classic, fluffy and buttery. Mouth watering goodness. The Reese pieces has the perfect amount of pieces. They serve them warm and offer milk but I stopped at a Wawa and got some milk. My daughter is a manager at a Crumbl location in Chicago, so I was super excited to see what all the excitement was about. Now I know why they have such a following! The line to get in was about 20 people long but I didn't have a long wait because I had downloaded the app & ordered/paid ahead. The cookies are large so the price point seemed reasonable. Delicious cookies! The iced sugar cookies & milk chocolate chip cookies are available every week but the other four flavors change week to week. I think they have about 300 flavors. This weeks flavors were monster cookie (loaded peanut butter based), dirt cake, a Halloween sprinkle cookie, & pumpkin roll. I was impressed that they seemed to have things all in order & organized, especially since it was only their 2nd day in operation. Service was a bit slow and not welcoming at this location. We waited to physically pay for our order longer then needed to, and you can sense that the employees did not care for their job and the service they were providing other then that the cookies were okay Peanut butter cup had a bit too much peanut butter and was hard to digest. Lemon cheesecake was very tasty and was not too sour or overpowering. Rocky road was good but tough to eat with the marshmallow filling as it settled up. Confetti was too much and too sweet and the frosting easily could've have been replaced with a glaze. read more

I've had their chocolate chip (which is so heavenly especially when it's real hot), the sugar cookie with pink frosting, key lime cookie, some sort of peanut butter one, and my all time favorite is the oatmeal with this glaze on it that reminds me of the Cinnabon glaze. I like the kiosk they have for you to order from so that way you can take your time deciding which flavors you want and how many you want. I read a few bad reviews but I've never had an issue at this Crumbl. I've ordered ahead and I've ordered in line and it's been quite pleasant every time. I even got a box at Thanksgiving without issue. On to the cookies! The cookies change weekly, with the exception of sugar and chocolate chip. They serve some warm and some chilled.
