I heard so many great things about Indy's cookie Co so I had to try it out. I was not disappointed. As soon as I entered I was greeted. The cookie shop was bright and beautifully aesthetic. I made my cookie selection and was checked out promptly. I ate my kitchen sink cookie in the car and it put me cookie heaven immediately. I was speechless. The sweet and savory was so pleasant and delicious. Hopefully I will exercise control next time I visit and eat the cookie when I get home.

Wow, finally a cookie shop as good as Bake N Babes! I really like how the chcolate chip cookie here is a giant round mound of cookie. When you begin to eat it, it literally melts in your mouth. All 4 cookies that I tried are super soft and gooey. A little hard for the shell, but the texture is right on point how I like it. They only have 4 cookies that are always in stock: Chocolate Chip Cookies N Cream Peanut Butter Confetti Sugar All of the other cookies rotate weekly. I tried: Chocolate Chip: 9.5/10 - Really really good Peanut Butter: 10/10 shocked how moist and juicy allthewhile not being overwhelmed by peanut butter Snickerdoodle: 9.5/10 Only my mom makes better ones. Really phenomenal Butter beer: 5/10 A little weird. Doesn't really taste like the butter beer at Universal Studios. Texture is good, flavor is weird. $5 - 1 cookie $18 - 4 cookies $25.50 - 6 cookies $32 - 8 cookies I'll be back if I'm in the area.

Stopped by after lunch in Dunedin this afternoon and this was my first time visiting. They are located in the same plaza as Medicine Ave., Pizza. The inside is small and unique and these cookies definitely pack a punch. They are a little on the pricier side for one cookie, but I think they're worth it. I got the nightcrawler cookie. It was a double chocolate chip cookie with chocolate frosting Oreos and a gummy worm on top. It was so delicious. It definitely reminded me of those dirt cups you get around Halloween time. I'll definitely be back to Indy's in the future. read more

This is a small but cutesy cookie place! They make cookies fresh daily so they do sell out of their specialty cookies if you dont time your visit right! They also change their specialty cookies to switch things up. If you are in the Dunedin area I recommend stopping in and checking them out. read more

This is my favorite cookie shop! I feel like we got a piece of NY desserts in Tampa. The flavors are creative and I love the texture. The cookies are thick and soft in the middle with a nice crunch on the outside. The owner is super nice too. My bf and I try to come here whenever we are in the area. Great local cookie shop! They always have new flavors each week alongside their staples. So you can get the cookie you love while always trying something new. The cookies are delish!! They are a good size too so you definitely get your money's worth. The owner is extremely nice and welcoming. You can tell how much she loves her business and all the energy and time she puts into it. Definitely a must stop when you are going to Dunedin. read more

These are some amazing cookies! If you're looking for a single cookie that is rich, flavorful, filling, and comes in both creative and classic flavors, this is the place for you. Walking into Indy's you're welcomed by the friendly staff behind the counter and a display with all of their current flavor offerings, the day that I went they had the very interesting Golden Goose which had white chocolate chips, golden Oreo, and rainbow sprinkles so I had to try this along with the classic chocolate chip and peanut butter chocolate. To say these are cookies is kind of doing a disservice to the type of dessert this is, because they are massive! We took our selection to go as the interior doesn't provide much seating but we were glad we did because after taking down one of these decadent and thick-muffin like cookies, we were all ready to conk out on the sofa and watch a movie. I really enjoyed the flavor and ingredients provided by each cookie that separate it from some of the chain cookie bakers that skimp on quality, I look forward to returning for more epic bites. read more

They're huge, dense, tall, cake-like cookies. To get that kind of rise out of the dough, they use waaaaay too much baking soda. In the few times I've tried their cookies (yes it wasn't just one time), the taste of the baking soda overpowered every other flavor. We bought 4 yesterday for $18, took a little bite of each one and had to throw them all away. Huge disappointment. The owner seems to be very nice. Hope she adjusts the recipes! read more

Hands down the best cookies I have had! The owner was the absolute sweetest and helped me pick out the flavors. I bought a box to serve at my Christmas Party and they were all gone, half way through the night. Everyone loved them and said they knock Crumbl cookies out of the park, no competition! The employees are always super nice & they're very efficient. Parking can be a little tough because of the way downtown is set up but don't let that dissuade you. My husband tasted it and thought it was as good as what you would get in an Indian tea stall. It does not have any sweetener in it, but has lots of flavor. It was brewed just the way we like it. I don't like places that use sweetened chai concentrate. So be patient while they brew it fresh for you. We also ordered French toast, which was challah bread that had been soaked to give that custard flavor and feel. They also put a little bit of butter on top of the French toast, which adds a nice salty creamy flavor. We were surprised that they were not super busy for breakfast. I would highly suggest trying this place for a wonderful breakfast treat.

Having said that, Coolside places more an emphasis on outdoor eating like most places in Downtown Palm Harbor, and it is actually really cozy and classy. I found it to be quite enjoyable! Honestly doesn't detract from the quality of the store at all. Food wise, the gelato was sweet enough to be good, but not too sweet to the point of being overpowering. It's creamy, and there's a reasonable variety of flavors here. Not much to say given it's pretty basic, but there's something to be said about the classics. Honestly, no complaints! Definitely give it a go sometime.
