I decided to stop by & see what this place was all about. The employees walked me thru the ordering process (not hard once you know what to do, but it is a process) & I stood in there deeply inhaling the tasty goodness in the air. The store is spotlessly clean & fresh & the workers are friendly. The cookies are "presented" to you for approval before you grab them & go & they look just like the pictures (which lets face it- never happens in the food industry) & took three cookies out to my hubby in the car. He was excited by the warm box of cookies on his lap as we drove home (yes! Cookies served warm- except the ones that are chilled down!). They are expensive cookies, but these are not "single serving" cookies. I'm a sugar/snack fiend and I would have a hard time eating just 1 full cookie in a single sitting. Our 4 pack lasted my family of 3 for 3 rounds of snacks. Considering 2 frappachinos will set you back more than $10 & those are gone in a few minutes, spending $10 on 4 amazing cookies that last a few snacks seems less drastic than it sounds at first. I've been a professional baker & I can safely say that the chocolate chip peanut butter cookie (while still warm) is hands down the best cookie I've ever had. The cream cheese buttercream frosting on the snickerdoodle is the best I've ever had & the "simple sugar cookie" is far from basic. Chilled, soft with a perfect blend of vanilla & almond is "chefs kiss!". I'm going to struggle to not show up weekly to see what the new flavors are like. I tried one of the ice cream flavors (S'mores) and wasn't overly impressed, (I was hoping it was life changingly good as well) but it was still delicious. read more

Always a solid stop if you're craving something sweet. The store is consistently clean, the staff is friendly, and the cookies are always fresh and well-made. You can tell they keep things running efficiently even when it gets busy. The only downside is that they're often out of some of the weekly flavors, which can be a little disappointing if you're going for something specific. That said, it seems more like a result of how popular they are and the lack of similar dessert spots in town rather than poor management. Overall, still a great place for a treat. Service is always good, but I'm disappointed in the varieties offered each week knowing how vast their flavor list is. The amount of cookies ruined with cream cheese icing really bothers me too. I haven't seen the berries and cream cookie in almost a year now, and I feel like other cookies are constantly back in rotation- the nasty ones. They either need to have more flavors available each week, or do a better job at making sure flavors gets regularly rotated. I only get cookies once every 3-6 months now because the best flavors are so rarely available. read more

The cookies were so delicious!!! We got the birthday cake and the snickerdoodle cookie the snickerdoodle cookie had a lot of icing on it so we weren't really able to actually eat the cookie normal but it was still a really delicious cookie and then the birthday cake one was so warm and had a lot of cake toppings on it I will say it came with cream cheese frosting which was not a favorite but overall it was still really good cookie! read more

Establishment was clean, sufficiently staffed and very friendly. There was a great selection of cookies that smelled delicious! I love the ease of placing your order, either on the kiosk or on the app. You even get points for rating your experience. I do this each time. It's a simple way to earn points for your future visit. Love Crumbl! The cookies are delicious and huge. Their app is very user-friendly and you can set up notifications for when your favorite cookies come back! I love that you can keep track of the cookies you liked and didn't like so much. The cornbread one is definitely my favorite!!
