Finally got the chance to try them after hearing about them for weeks. It was worth the wait and we will be keeping an eye on their upcoming locations! The chocalatte was my favorite of the flight we got. It was the perfect mix of chocolate and coffee. The little Debbie tree cake cheesecake is also very delicious. The taste of the Christmas tree cake is very light which makes it easy to eat way more than intended. Would recommend making a point of stopping if you see them coming up to your area and trying some of their cheesecake. read more

Visited their food truck today in Murfreesboro and loved it! We ordered several items to take home for the whole family. We had a 6 pack variety of bites, a cheesecake cookie sandwich, a 4" Reese's & a 4" Strawberry cheesecake. Service was friendly, and prices were fair. Our favorite was the strawberry cheesecake. It was creamy, sweet, and absolutely gorgeous! I hope to be able to visit their food truck again next time they're in the area and try some more flavors. read more

the inside was very clean and all the cheesecakes were neatly arranged in the refrigerators and display cases. the young girl who took our order was a bit stoic but she was nice. the cheesecakes themselves were ok - the ones i remember the most being outstanding was the espresso and banana cream. the cookie monster wasn't bad, but a bit underwhelming. the base of the others are their standard cheesecake with just basic toppings. i enjoyed the option to try a variety in their minis though. read more

Saw the billboard on our way to Florida, decided to stop after lunch. Friendly service to newcomers! The owners mom chatted with us about selections. The cheesecake bites sampler (cupcake sized cheesecakes) was amazing! You have to try the praline but we liked all of our choices (8). I'm writing this review on behalf of both my mom and I. She is always raving about Sweet Caroline's (now called Sweet Emmaline's) and I've stopped by twice while in town. Some things are good enough to become part of your routine, and getting cheesecake to close out a rough week has certainly become part of my mom's. She has tried a lot of them, but upholds that the plain and strawberry are the best (though all of them are delicious). I like the fancier ones and most recently enjoyed the Honey Bun; it was fantastic. The desserts always have a perfect texture of both the filling and the crust, though there did some to be some variation, perhaps associated with the ingredients (candy bar, fruit, etc.).
