One day in a far away land my wife and I stumbled upon a Crumbl Cookies, we ordered cookies and brought them back to our hotel and after eating them longed for the day Crumbl would follow us home... And finally they are here! Our hearts our warm, our taste buds are thrilled and our tummies are probably a little too full! Crumbl has great cookies and we love how they change it up every week. It creates a fun mystery to see what is coming next and actually helps in finding balance and moderation if a cookie of the well hasn't completely stolen our hearts. At our local Clay location it was an easy and great experience. The place is sugary sweet in looks and smell, while holding a nice energy when you walk inside. The staff was great and were clearly working hard. I highly recommend using the app or website to order ahead and using their check in system. There is a small board inside that lists a few names of orders they are working on and that helps knowing how close you may be to getting your order. They are expensive cookies, no doubt about that and may be best to moderate for both your wallet and sweet tooth. While if you can take the leap over in awhile, I highly recommend scoping out the flavors of the week and giving their rendition of your favorites a try. Enjoy!! read more

I dropped in to purchase a gift for a coworker, we are just across the intersection but I had never been to any Crumbl locations. I felt like I had stepped into a smaller version of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory, the aroma was of some kind of cookie heaven, and all the cookie makers seemed to be happy and in sync making cookie creations in an impeccably clean environment. Service was friendly and I was promptly helped with my order and selection. The presentation of the cookies is gift worthy for any occasion. I didn't actually consume a cookie as they were a gift but my coworker said they were amazing and anyone who had tried them in the past concurred! I'll be back to try them for myself and see what is new for Fall. read more

New location and great service. Even though it was their grand opening, the wait time wasn't too bad. Like any other Crumbl, there is a kiosk to place your order. I would recommend downloading the app for a more convenient way of placing your order to avoid waiting in line. If you can handle sweet cookies, you'll definitely enjoy the ones from here. read more

Decided to join them on opening day to grab some treats for my team members. It was pretty busy but my order was taken quickly and only a short wait for some yummy warm cookies! I'm not a waffle fan but the waffle cookie with the buttercream was amazing. I can't wait for it to be back. The team members were very engaging and provided a lot of information to people that had never been there before. I enjoyed hearing them explain the process to everybody the only suggestion I would have is watch the boxes because sticky fingers got frosting all over my car, but it smells yummy now read more

The prices are outrageous. 4 cookies for 17 dollars is laughable. Every cookie we had was undercooked. They all were like raw cookie dough. They tasted ok but not amazing. I'm probably a one and done. I prefer going to a local spot like sugar top bakery. Don't say I didn't warn you. The people working were great. Everyone was friendly and service was quick. read more

Very clean and organized. The 2 staff members I interacted with her nice and professional. However, while waiting for my order I witnessed an interaction with a gentlemen who works there that was not professional at all and very rude. He was wear slide sandals first of all. Secondly a customer received her order and asked to speak to someone because one of her cookies were wrong. He very rudely said "we'll be with you in a minute". Then when he walked over to find out what the issue was. He then broke the cookie in half and rudely stated well this cookie isn't wrong. It's a soft baked cookie but it isn't wrong. Then proceeded to start eating that cookie while talking to the customer. Another staff member who was nice kindly brought her a new cookie. After customer left he continued to eat the cookie then went right back to rolling cookies without washing his hands. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Flaky pastry and cheesy filling - very comforting. The stars of the show were the drinks. The coffee was superb - balanced, smooth, and rich in flavor. While I didn't find the ube flavor to stand out, the ube espresso drink was still one of my favorite coffee drinks I've had. The Crème Brûlée latte was my friend's favorite - it was the perfect dessert drink. It even had the sugar crust on top. I would definitely come back to try more of their menu!

A friend posted she picked up some tasty cookies here for her adorable daughter and I was intrigued. I then proceeded to Yelp for reviews as I was a bit skeptical, but tried it anyway feeling optimistic and I'm sure happy I did!! The cookies are delicious and huge! Someone stated they thought its price was high, but the cookies are giant and totally worth the price. One cookie equals four regular sized cookies. Also, the more cookies you buy the cheaper the price, 12 cookies end up being $3.25 each. I got 6. It's a fun experience here, they make the cookies fresh to order in front of you in an open kitchen, I love that! When they gave me the cookies, I was shown them and asked for approval, how nice and they were great! The staff was very friendly, service was fast! It's a fun experience and you know the cookies are fresh when they make them to order while you are there! You can't beat that. The decor is very modern and clean, I like it. Awesome cookies! Great service. Place is clean. Ambiance is balanced, fresh and delightfully Zen. The only thing that sucks is I can press "I'm here" from the parking lot to notify Baker that I'm at location. It also does not work when you are actually in the building. That should be fixed. Also you should be able to see the monitor order of when you are in order "line" when you walk into the faculty but you can't from the floor. It is not like the Dewitt location where you can see it right when you walk in or even from the outside. I think the owner needs to reevaluate this. Outside this evening else is perfect read more

Me and my dad ordered it 5min before we left our house which took about 15-20min to get there and our cookies were not done yet but after another 7min they were. I got the S'more's brownie and the strawberry shortcake and they were absolutely delicious but the s'more's brownie kept falling apart but was still very good. Brownie, peanut butter and chocolate... what's not to love! Cookie flavors are changed every week. The night shift that was there tonight definitely had it together. The difference was literally night and day between my last review and the girl with the red hair has incredible customer service. She was very nice and loved my girlfriend's sweater. I personally believe she deserves a raise. read more

I always check for the new cookie line up everyweek. It's a new and clean store and so far all my cookies have been amazing! People say they're expensive but you're getting a gourmet cookie that's warm and HUGE!! I always cut mine into 4 and share with family we love crumbl! read more
