I also bought a sugar cookie which my daughter loved, but I just couldn't get over paying $6 for the scone my husband and I didn't care for. Otherwise the other two items were good. No seating, so don't plan to hang around. They also don't have any coffee either at this location.

We stopped in for a quick slice of pie to go. The place had a steady flow of customers, but there was only one person working behind the counter. She was juggling multiple orders and answering the phone, so service was understandably slower than usual. We ended up waiting about five minutes (maybe a bit longer) just to place our order. My wife was ready to head out, but I decided to stick it out since we weren't in a rush. Once we were able to order, things moved quickly, and our pie was ready within a few minutes. That said, the initial wait was a bit frustrating--especially for what we expected to be a quick stop. It felt like they may have been short-staffed, which can happen, but it did impact the overall experience this time around. I love how even if it is slow and I am the only customer, these bakers are always staying busy. Whether it's more mixing and cleaning up their area. The employees keep this Crumbl looking clean and new. I love how friendly they all always are and the communication is great between them. I have been to 2 others only 1 time. He told me that he owned the store and that he would love to give me my money back in honor of my grandson's birthday. What a wonderful gesture. With Valentine's Day coming up, they were gearing up to highlight some seasonal offerings -- sadly, we already had an appointment we couldn't miss. Major bummer. That said, after tasting those cookies? Wow. Soft, flavorful, and perfectly balanced -- absolutely worth the hype. If this is what's left at the end of the day, I can only imagine how incredible the full display must be earlier on. All I can say is this: I'll be back -- and much earlier next time. I can't wait to see what else Stephanie and her team put out on the counter.

No cheesecake menu, no labels on the items in the case. The worker nicely told me every flavor. No prices. I picked out two. They are about the size of a slice from Cheesecake Factory. But they were TWELVE AMERICAN DOLLARS EACH. And chocolate sauce messily on the packaging. Turtle was very rich, very good. However Red Bottoms which is red velvet cake on the bottom tasted like nothing and barely had any cheesecake. Overall disappointing.
