Horrible customer service. I went to Crumbl in Florence to place my order for 24 cookies two days before I needed my cookies. I was told that I needed to place my order online. I went home and placed my order the next day. I PAID for my cookies online when I placed my order and picked the time that I would pick them up on Feb. 13. When I got to Crumbl to pick up my cookies (I arrived approximately 10 minutes pasted the time I had chosen), I was told that my order hadn't even been started yet because since it was such a large order they were afraid if I didn't come to get them they would have to throw the cookies out at the end of the night. WHAT?!!!!! I had already PAID for my order (and at 24 cookies, it wasn't cheap). I will NEVER order from this store again. I would have cancelled my order, but the cookies were a treat for my elementary students for Valentine's Day. read more

I had a taste for oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, but the closest they had was chocolate chip. The cookie was kind of warm in the center. They don't have many traditional cookie options. Size options are limited to jumbo and really small. The staff was nice. read more

Very clean. However, they had ONE employee working to serve the guests up front, bake/decorate the cookies and fulfill orders. Completely unacceptable and unfair to that employee. For as much as they charge, they can afford to have another employee on staff. They will be out of business within 3 years. Long line and wait time for a darn cookie. read more

This location is not like most others I've been to. The staff are not nice and approachable. They seem extremely stressed out, I just feel bad for them. I once asked if I could pay for extra pecans on my cookie and was told no, because corporate policy prevents adding extra anything but they can take toppings away. I thought that was odd but hey policy is policy. But odd that corporate imposes policy for this location alone. Anyway, to that end sometimes the cookies are skimpy and sad just like the workers. read more

Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. MY FAVORITE COOKIE SPOT!! Because it's NEVER a long wait time and The employees are so courteous and friendly!! I love the atmosphere when I walk in and smell "FRESHLY BAKED COOKIES!!" I wish that this business had certain days of the week that they would have sales or discounts for the people that would love to come there but can't afford to if they have a lot of kids because this place is really great and to think that some kids and adults may never get the chance to see how awesome this place is and how delicious the cookies are is sad. I've had nothing but great experiences at crumbl in Florence sc! The staff are always welcoming and super friendly. On one of our visits both of my kids were given free mini cookies. Another time my son, who is on the spectrum was overwhelmed standing in line and one of the employees went above and beyond to help me get my order as fast as possible. The cookies are really good! Sadly, they don't have the ice cream here yet! When I was there, a few months back, it was super crowded, and the curbside pick-up took way longer than if I had come to the store. I would say that I waited for almost 30 minutes. And there was not a designated curbside parking spot for crumbl cookies, hopefully they fixed it. read more

I think this is a great establishment. Is it perfect no, but I enjoy being able to go after school to get a sweet treat for myself or a group. This store is always very clean but they are shortstaffed, often having only one or two people working to serve decorate and bake the cookies. read more

I have not had a bad experience at this Crumbl location. My cookies are always PERFECT. I swear they don't even need to show me what's in the box because these things are so good i'd say they looked great no matter what! read more

They always get my cookie to me in a timely manner, workers are nice and helpful, the location is close to my house so I don't have to travel very far and the inside is so clean and bright. Cookies are amazing too! read more
