The service was wonderful, several employees greeted my family and I as we walked in the door. We trued using the kiosk to order but those don't let you use your rewards through the app so we switched and went to the counter for the lady to ring it up. It was super simple though. I am slightly disappointed because we requested one of each weekly cookie then repeats of a few to fill a party box, we did not receive the confetti cookie at all. I'm assuming she didn't hear the request and gave us a repeat of one we didn't need 2 of. We were still very satisfied with the ones we did get, it just would've been nice to try the confetti. Great cookies! I love that there are new flavors each week and it's so easy to order using the app. The lobby can be a bit crowded and feel hectic at times because it's small. But I get it, everyone just wants those delicious cookies. I have been many times and was somewhat disappointed last week because they were out of flavors I was excited to try. Fantastic cookies and great service. The place is always a hit for anyone around the area with a clean and calm area to wait for your cookies. I love that they have the cookies sitting out on the counter so you can see what you are getting.
