Ordered for delivery. The driver "Henry B" text saying that they were busy and it would take a while. I said ok. Not a big deal. Then my order status was changed to delivered and no cookies in sight. Sent in an Online order on Thursday. Was allowed to order a cookie that was sold out. Could be argued that it could easily be replaced with another cookie, but the issue is the cookie was $1.45 more than the others. I know just a dollar, but still frustrating because of how pricey everything is right now. Was told my order was ready just to wait twenty or more minutes until one of the employees asked what was the name of my order. To make matters worse, the employee disappeared after going to look for my order. It took another worker (who was working her butt off I must say) to offer to help before I got my cookies. I have attempted to order Crumbl every single day of this week. I understand that this establishment can be busy and it is a very popular dessert restaurant. There was over 30 people in the restaurant and I ordered 2 hours early and still had to wait over 30 minutes. Judging from the previous day, the workers should have prepared more cookies for the next day. It has been busy every day and they are not working efficiently. People in the restaurant are rude and will cut in front of you without a care in the world. There were multiple door dashers picking up multiple orders at one time and I understand this is how they make a living, it it rude and pretentious to cut in front of people who ordered 2 hours before and still had to wait. Another grievance, when watching the workers make the orders, they will completely disregard the order of people ordering and just pick and choose who's order to make. 50% of the time, they choose to make an order and the person ordering is not even in the restaurant and never shows up. This was a bad idea for a restaurant in midland and needs to be better supervised and worked. read more

The cookies were great! But while waiting in line, I was disappointed to see a guy behind the counter handling a cookie, lick the frosting off his gloves, then wiped it on his apron. Had to fight through swarms of flies to stand in line. Tried to order and the cashier informed us it would be 9 minutes before our order was ready because they were still baking, so I wanted to pay so I could get them when they were ready and go,but she wanted us to wait and go through the line again. I used to love Crumbl cookies until I walked into the Midland store tonight and saw a worker, who was rolling cookie dough at the center work station along with several others, stop to eat cookie dough while working. I came in to get two dozen cookies for my son's school I asked for a cookie cutter since obviously these cookies are going to be shared they were out of them. So I asked for a spoon or plastic knife the ladies in the back looked at me like I was stupid said they didn't have any so I asked well what do you use for your ice cream then she realized they had spoons! Well it didn't work with the spoons instead of them using their spatula to help me cut the cookies I have to run to the dollar store and now I'm gonna be late!! I have been to this Crumbl a bunch and it has gotten progressively worse. They are horribly managed and are always out of flavors and the wait times are insane. Tonight was especially bad, with them ignoring the people in the store because of curbside orders. And we were told by manager that none of the employees knew what they were doing?? I placed an order from out of town and specifically asked for an after 5 pm delivery time. The employees did not read my message and immediately placed the order for 12 noon. I called the bussiness to advise them of the specific instructions. My son had to take a longer lunch period becuase these folks failed to read and listen to instructions. They focus more on curbside orders than the people going inside to order. They wouldn't let me buy certain flavors in store so I had to order them online standing right in front of them in order to buy the cookie my four year old wanted. read more

Went to Crumbl Saturday. It was totally being run by kids who were horsing around. The kids were all congregated together at the counter, laughing and pushing each other. The lady in front of me wouldn't accept her order, as the kids were laughing and messing around over her cookies as they assembled her order. Don't blame her!
