    Uncooked cookie dough...YUCK!!!!
    Renee B.

So, I stopped by the new Crumbl Cookies store today to see what all the fuss was about. It was a waste if time. The store is very small and hot. Tons of ovens redating heat all day long. There were about 14 people working. All sweating like crazy. I felt bad for them. I did notice that uniforms were black. All the boys had on shorts and all the girls had on pants. Not sure if they get a choice just thought it was peculiar. Layout of the store sucks. Ling lines out the door. You place order on the right and move to the left for pick up. There were about 30 people standing there for waiting for cookies. Very crowd, and ventilation and no room to move. The price for one oversized cook? $4.97...that is outrageous! They are just cookies people!!! Totally NOT worth the price. I got 2 classics for comparison. Chocolate chip and Peanut Butter. The cookies were huge, box was nice presentation. But my chocolate chip was not cooked all the way through. First bite all I could taste was flour then I realized the middle was raw. Yuck! Made me gag!!! Pulled over and called the store. The teen told me there was nothing they could do once the cookie left the store. You are serving undertakes cookies! I hope no one becomes ill. Overall, not worth the hype or the money. Take some time and make cookies with your kids. Don't waste your time.

Variety of soft cookies are super good. Fast service too! Better than ice cream and other dessert places.

Was my first time going to this location, everything moved very quickly, and the workers treated all the customers with respect.

Crumbl never disappoints regardless of the location; however, this location is extra special since I am over 2,000 miles away so it was important that the customer service was on point.

The young lady who helped us was very friendly with a nice smile. She let us know the flavors available and suggested her own personal favorite which was nice to hear! My daughters always get a single or double in a cup. This time it was chocolate all around! Everyone was extremely happy with the rich delicious chocolate taste of Ritters custard. It was so smooth and creamy tasting. Their scoops are very generous so we all only had just one scoop and it was more than enough! We will return again and again for a delicious after school treat or weekend dessert trip!

I told the associate "ive waited in line for 10 minutes for multiple cars to pass can you please serve me." He said "no" I said let me talk to the manager. The associate says "I'm the manager." I asked for his name and he said "I can't give you my name." So to the "no name" manager that doesn't care about customer service you EARNED this 1 star review! If you are closed you shouldn't have served the first three cars in front of me and then denied service. Very poor experience and even WORSE customer service.

I'm very impressed at the selection of fresh pasta, sauces and desserts. I had a chicken pesto panini which was huge and delicious. I could only eat half of it. But that's ok because I saved room for cannoli which was amazing. There's a lovely spot for outdoor dining as well. I've been on the hunt for a good pesto sandwich and this place lives up to the hype! I placed a to go order online and it was ready in 15 mins. My only suggestion is wrap the Togo sandwiches in foil so they stay warm.

Let's start with the sweets because honestly, that's still this place's strong suit. I've grabbed…read morecookies and random goodies from the case before, and they've never missed. Today though, I walked in thinking this might be it... my hunt for the best fired pizza in South Bend might finally be over. I saw the giant pizza oven and thought, "yeah, this is about to be serious." So naturally... I stayed for lunch. It was busy, but the self-serve kiosk made ordering easy. I went all in Pepperoni Pizza, Cheesy Garlic Bread, Chicken Noodle Soup, and Shrimp Diavolo. For a packed lunch rush, 15-20 minutes wasn't bad at all. Now... the pizza. I wanted to love it. I really did. But it just didn't show up. It was pretty bland overall, and most of the flavor came from the cupped pepperoni which tasted like something you'd grab off a store shelf. The sauce tried to make a comeback, but it got completely overshadowed. The rest of the food? Honestly solid. The Chicken Noodle Soup hit the spot, and the Shrimp Diavolo was actually really good. So yeah the pizza hunt continues. The oven might look impressive, but it's not ending anyone's search just yet. But the sweets? Still a slam dunk. -The interior was clean and the seating area is large.

Onion Soup Gratinee - $11 - Needed salt and wasn't very flavorful. 2/5 stars. Chorizo and Shrimp - $22 - This was easily the best dish. Cooked well, good flavor, and a decent portion (probably because the price is so high). 4/5 stars. Chicken and Leek Puff Pastry - $26 - The pastry was lacking. It was soggy, weird taste to it, and just not pleasant. The filling was also mediocre. Don't get this. 0/5 stars. L'Entrecote de Paris (Steak Frites) - $45 - The steak was chewy, the fries were over salted. For $45, this was not enough steak, whatsoever. Not like it was a good cut either. It's a rip off. 0/5 stars. Pan Roasted Duck Breast - $36 - My mom and I both ordered this, and we could combine both of our dishes to make ONE duck breast. Portion was horribly small. Never have I ever been given HALF a duck breast. The sauce wasn't good either and it was broken. 2/5 stars cause the rest of it was cooked fine. The birthday dessert was a scoop of ice cream and some stale cinnamon pastry thing. This was wildly bad. If the flavors were on point, the prices would be understandable. But the flavors were bad, the prices are expensive, and we waited a very long time to get our food. We couldn't get into a different restaurant that night (it was a Saturday night on move in weekend), but this one we could get into, and now we know why. Don't go here.
