The cookies were very tasty. The place looked clean and the service was quick. But.. prices are way too high for cookies. Four small for $8? 4 large for $16??? Cmon I know with their overhead they aren't making much, but the business model relies on a price point that is ridiculous. Prices should be half that. So again the recommendation is maybe. So, I stopped by the new Crumbl Cookies store today to see what all the fuss was about. It was a waste if time. The store is very small and hot. Tons of ovens redating heat all day long. There were about 14 people working. All sweating like crazy. I felt bad for them. I did notice that uniforms were black. All the boys had on shorts and all the girls had on pants. Not sure if they get a choice just thought it was peculiar. Layout of the store sucks. Ling lines out the door. You place order on the right and move to the left for pick up. There were about 30 people standing there for waiting for cookies. Very crowd, and ventilation and no room to move. The price for one oversized cook? $4.97...that is outrageous! They are just cookies people!!! Totally NOT worth the price. I got 2 classics for comparison. Chocolate chip and Peanut Butter. The cookies were huge, box was nice presentation. But my chocolate chip was not cooked all the way through. First bite all I could taste was flour then I realized the middle was raw. Yuck! Made me gag!!! Pulled over and called the store. The teen told me there was nothing they could do once the cookie left the store. You are serving undertakes cookies! I hope no one becomes ill. Overall, not worth the hype or the money. Was my first time going to this location, everything moved very quickly, and the workers treated all the customers with respect.

The cookies are mostly delicious when they use fresh ingredients but I had a less than ideal experience in the catering department. I ordered the minimum of 50 cookies for an event and asked for a sampling of 5 of the available cookies that week. One of the cookies offered was a "Fruity Pebble" cookie. However the cereal used on the cookies was stale. We obviously did not learn of this until our cookies were out on the table to enjoy. No one ate them after tasting the stale cookie. I called the next available business day to explain the situation and they said, "Yes, we were having an issue with that." If they knew the cereal was stale I don't know why they included them in my order. I would have rather they called to tell me the situation so I could swap that out for another option. They did credit me $10 but I will probably not use them again because of this experience. read more

Ordered online, and the transaction failed and said it was due to a system error. I called and an employee told me that my order did not place (but my money was taken off my card "pending"). I was told that the money should be back on in 2 business days, I asked for customer service/corporate number, she asked her manager and the Manger Bridget got on the phone and proceeded to tell me there she couldn't give out the number, I explained to her the same info as before because that should be a good reason to get the number and she said the system was done because a lot of orders were coming in and kept going on While she was talking, I was trying to get a word in but she kept talking so I asked her to hold on and let me talk and somehow...she said she wasn't going to talk to me if I cuss... I'm confused at this point because I know I didn't cuss, she wouldn't let me get a word in so I asked her to let me talk, how did that sound like a cuss word? I told her I know I didn't cuss because I'm a Christian ( I know that doesn't mean anything these days but it means something to me) so I KNOW I didn't. And then she hung up on me.... Decided to get some of these cookies instead of Insomnia since it seems that I have a piss-poor experience with Insomnia literally any time I order there (regardless of what city I'm in honestly), and THESE cookies - imagine that sugar and butter are making sweet baby love in your mouth like it's bonkers bananas how good these cookies are. Fire. On god. Insomnia Cookies is dead to me as far at this point as far as I'm concerned. Also, not sure why so many people are upset that their cookies are "raw" - as if we haven't all eaten raw cookie dough before? I don't get it. I'm a long time crumbl fan, and coming to this store was a disappointment. I do know that crumbl underbakes their cookies, however, the cookies I purchased yesterday were so underbaked to the point they didn't hold up when you tried to take it out of the box. every single one of them. they just looked raw. I ordered a 6 pack of cookies that were supposed to be delivered by Door Dash to my daughter at one of the universities in South Bend. The drive delivered the cookies not once, but twice to the wrong location. Alyssa (sp?) at Crumble was amazing and went above and beyond to try and fix the situation and have my ordered delivered to my daughter. I cannot express how great the customer service was, which is what I needed since I am in California. You'll never be disappointed with the customer service at this location. I have to mention Erica as she helped in trying to make things right as well by offering me a refund. In the end, a third delivery was successfully (no fault of Crumbl) and my daughter received the cookies. She told me the cookies were amazing as always. Crumbl never disappoints regardless of the location; however, this location is extra special since I am over 2,000 miles away so it was important that the customer service was on point.
