I'd been hearing about Crumbl cookies for so long so while I was on vacation I thought it would be the perfect time to try them out. We got a 1/2 dozen - peanut butter cup, fried ice cream, red velvet, waffle, chocolate chip & the cookie of the month which was a sugar cookie with pink icing. I loved the texture. My favorite one was the sugar cookie bc it had a hint of almond and the right amount of icing. I was disappointed in the chocolate chip cookie. I wanted more flavor from the chocolate. I think if semi-sweet chocolate chips were used, they'd have a better flavor. read more

The cookies weren't made right and the hot ones weren't hot... Maybe luke warm at best. The picture looked nothing like the cookie we received the toppings were missing. Normally we have a pleasant experience but recently it's gone down hill. The ambiance is terrible not welcoming at all and the worker didn't make eye contact when giving us our cookies. The cookies are great. 5 Stars. Full of flavor and will cause you to OD on sugar. If it was a review of just the cookies, I would only have good things to write. Now the bad. The service is SLOW!. I just don't think it should take more than 5 minutes to hand me one cookie. The young women working the store are simply too slow and too distracted. Poor training. This is the second time I have been in a Crumbl. The first was their store in Ogden, Utah and now this one in Missoula. I was so excited that a Crumbl opened in Missoula! Just tonight was finally able to get some--I ordered a mixed box (Twix, Sugar, Oreo, Choc Chip) online for curbside pickup at 7PM and was honestly expecting to wait the full time it said to prepare (about 15 minutes). I pulled up less than 10 minutes after and notified them I was there using my phone. They brought my order out almost immediately so I was pleasantly surprised! My fav cookie is the sugar (basic I know), and my boyfriend loved the Oreo! Least favorite of the bunch was the Twix, I don't how to explain it other than it was just "eh". Not amazing, not horrible, just "eh". Still will always recommend them for their cookies and I had a great first experience at this store!! read more

The last two times I've been to this location it has been filthy in the store. The employees seem unorganized and not friendly. The girl boxing up our cookies tonight had a dirty shirt, dirty apron and dirty hat on. There were crumbs and hair on the counter where they told us to put our order into the iPad. Today as I was paying for my order the cashier attempted to charge sales tax. I asked why she was charging sales tax her response was "I don't know." I declined the purchase and left. An employee followed me into the parking lot and said he will "edit" the register. Not a good way to start and they opened last Thursday. I ordered a delivery for my husband on their opening day and the delivery person, through DoorDash, delivered them to the wrong address. I tried calling DoorDash and they wouldn't help me and told me to call the store directly. I did not expect much when I called the store because they were a new business and it was their opening day but the gentleman that answered was so nice. He apologized and told me he would deliver a replacement to my husband himself. I was absolutely floored by this offer. I asked him his name and he said Brock, turns out he is one of the owners of the store. I still can't believe how he went so far out of his way on their first day. The cookies were worth the trouble, I ordered the chilled sugar cookies and an assortment. They were all delicious! Cookies are amazing. My issue is their delivery service. Twice now I've had them deliver the wrong cookies. Once the door dash guy called me confused saying they were closed even though I had already ordered delivery and paid. He eventually showed up with cookies, but the wrong ones. My first Crumbl experience was in SLC. I specifically bought extra cookies to bring home to Missoula to give to my cookie loving daughter. I was super excited for Crumbl to open in Missoula! The cookies are amazing, but there are 2 things that prevent me from giving Crumbl 5 stars. First, something that seems to be franchise signature, is the packaging. Yes, it is adorable, but it is incredibly wasteful. Maybe if the cookies are for a special occasion or gift, but as a standard practice!? Missoula has pledged to zero by fifty and those pretty pink boxes are not going to help us get to that goal. It would be great to see the packaging move in a more sustainable direction. My second concern is that I went there today and none of the employees were wearing cloth face coverings despite the recommended CDC guidelines. Right now, I really want to support local businesses, especially those that are in their infancy. Unfortunately, I won't be back unless this changes. Businesses that will get my money during this time are those that work to ensure the safety of their workers and customers. I find it hard to understand why a business, whose front of house operations make social distancing impossible, wouldn't make that a standard practice. read more
