Crumbl Cookies Salted Caramel Cheesecake: Crumbl's official description for this cookie is " A graham cracker cookie topped with cheesecake frosting, caramel, and sea salt." Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts and going one step further, the Salted Caramel Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory (CF) is one of my all-time favorites. That said, I've been patiently waiting to try this one from my local Crumbl for a while. The cookie is dense, satisfyingly chewy, and cool (it's served chilled). There's just a hint of graham cracker flavor to the cookie, but it might also just be overpowered by the real stars of the show: salted caramel & cream cheese frosting. Crumbl acolytes know the power of that phenomenal cream cheese frosting and this time there's an additional layer of caramel. As expected, the caramel is sweet, sticky, and chewy. If I have one complaint about the cookie it's this, mine did not really have much sea salt. Crumbl's stock photo shows a caramel pool teeming with sea salt and if you look closely at mine there are only a few specs of salt. This can be forgiven as the cookie is just so damn good! I was in the plaza and when I seen Crumbl my mouth began to water. LoL!!!!! Don't judge me. Knowing that there's always a different cookie on the menu I had to stop in. This cookie was originally the crafting of "The new menu item is stuffed with white chocolate chips and pieces of Golden OREO and topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting, Golden OREO crumbs and a mini Golden OREO cookie." My sister and I got a major sugar craving so we came back to this plaza having already been familiar with their other locations. They had two kiosks to place orders of singles, 4, or a dozen cookies at a time. The flavors we decided on was the sugar cookie and cinnamon roll cookie. Before and after us was a handful of people waiting for their orders. About 10 minutes after waiting, the manager apologized for the delay and offered us free cookie vouchers. Another 5 minutes later our cookies came out. From what I gathered, there may have been a glitch with ordering in which the sold out strawberry cheesecake cookies were still being sold. Staff immediately worked on the new batch while offering other cookies or refunds if in a rush. Cookies were delicious and huge as always. These cookies are the most outrageously huge cookies. When we entered, the staff was so friendly by welcoming us to "crumbl cookies". To order cookies you have two options, you can self order using the self guided tablets to the left or you can walk up to the counter and order the old-fashioned way. Near the ordering station they have a display of available cookies. They have a board above the pick up station listing the orders. Cookies were ready in a few minutes. As far as the cookie taste, they are very rich with sugar, butter, and flour - main ingredients but quality. We opted for the chocolate chip, monster cookie, cheesecake, raspberry, and the salted something ... Each one had its unique flavor. But my favorite is the salted toffee. The kid thought that the raspberry cheesecake had too much frosting. It tasted like a buttercream frosting. I love that theres an option to personalize your box with a cute little message. Great location with neat and minimalistic vibe. They have two self ordering kiosks and one served by a person. They're fast paced and have sufficient staff. The staff is friendly and helpful. The quality of the food and decor suffered because the employees appeared to be drowning. Missing toppings and very sloppy. Well, well, well it's about time my sweet tooth kicked in and I just had to get me a cookie. While Experiencing my first time at the Korean barbecue place beside it happen to be a Crumbl cookie now I have had Crumbl cookies before when they were brought to my job for an event however, this is my first time going in ordering it and experiencing it in real time . Saw start by saying that this is for pick up only it's a very small facility and you're literally literally going in and ordering on a keypad (pictures are below) and then waiting in line for your order to be called. They have a monitor above that has everyone's name up so when your order is ready and they're about to call your name, you can actually see it pop up. I think this might've been peak time for them because it seemed to be a bit busier than I expected it to be and quite a few people were waiting at one point one of the guys that was working in the kitchen noticed we had been there for quite some time and decided to come up and ask us what our order was and got our cookies to was within like two minutes. no frustration. We were actually having a conversation and so we didn't even think about our cookies until he asked. What did we order. Although the space is small, you're not dining in you're literally standing and waiting for your cookies to be brought to you so the space really really isn't that big of a deal for me. Crumbl cookie has this thing where they do a new cookie of the week normally it's two cookies sometimes three that they swap out every week so to give you a rundown of the menu would be almost impossible as next week and the week after would be completely different cookies they do however, have some standard cookies such as a chocolate chip cookie or sugar cookie but it's about five cookies minimum that they stay regularly on their menu at all times the other 3 to 4 cookies alternate every single week . This particular visit I happen to have cookies and cream cookie and I'm pretty sure when I go this week it'll be something completely different. This was my first visit to Crumbl.... Don't judge me! I loved the entire experience from arrival to leaving. When I entered there were two self ordering kiosks, they were very easy to use. They had a cookie display on the counter but I obviously didn't notice how huge the cookies are. lol. I placed my order, paid and my name was called a few minutes later. I was shown my 4 cookies on the very pretty pink box and I was in shock. These cookies looked amazing but I didn't need 4! They are like mini cakes lol. When I got home, I cut the cookies n cream cookie in half and I was so impressed. I'm not a frosting person so when I tasted how light and fluffy the cream between the cookies, I was in awe. The frosting is light in texture but also not overly sweet. The cookie is also light and airy. I was expecting a heavy and thick cookie. It's definitely favorite.... So far. The milkshake sugar cookie was my second favorite. I am impressed with how the frosting actually tastes like a milkshake!!! The cookie was a bit thick and heavy but overall it's a really good cookie. Love this location - I would HIGHLY recommend picking the cookies up as opposed to delivery. I've received two deliveries and the cookies somehow melt and just get all messed up in the process. Still taste delicious but when you're paying $30 for a 6 pack, you want them to look edible. read more
