    Toffee Crunch Cookie
    Lanell G.

Ordered through DoorDash and I have to say, from packaging to flavor, everything was on point. The cookies arrived nicely packaged--no crumbles, no mess, just pure cookie goodness. Cereal Cookie: This one was pure nostalgia in a bite. Think childhood breakfast but with a soft, chewy twist. Fun, colorful, and not overly sweet. Oreo Cookie: Decadent and rich. It had that perfect cookies-and-cream vibe, with actual Oreo chunks baked right in. Apple Pie Cookie: This one didn't quite hit the mark for me. I could barely taste the apple--it leaned more toward an oatmeal cookie with just a hint of apple in the background. Not bad, just not what I expected. Pralines Cookie: Southern charm in cookie form. Sweet, nutty, and caramel-y--this one was addicting. Toffee Crunch: If you're into texture, this one's for you. Crunchy edges, gooey center, with little pockets of toffee goodness. GA Peach Cookie: Unique and refreshing! The peach flavor was natural and bright, a really nice twist you don't find often in cookies. Every cookie had a soft, bakery-fresh texture and bold flavor (minus the apple pie one). Definitely worth the order, and I'll be back for more. Highly recommend if you're looking to treat yourself

Best cookies in town! My kids love going to Ali's as a special treat. These cookies are beyond amazing too, every variety is amazing (though my favorite is Red Velvet). My kids love drawing on the tables while we eat. So happy to have this shop nearby!

We love supporting great businesses that not only serve amazing cookies but they stand up for what is right and good. Thank you Ali's.

We searched out Ali's Cookies because not only did we hear they had great cookies but because the owners stand up for what is right and stand up for good over evil in this world! We bought a couple cookies and heated them up for immediate attention and bought a 1/2 dozen to go to bring as a gift to a friend's home. We hope they share them too Am Yisrael Chai!

Service: Cashier was friendly and attentive. It wasn't busy when I went in (Tuesday at 4 pm) so I was in and out. Ambiance: Immediate smell of fresh baked cookies upon entering. Small and quaint, but had indoor and outdoor seating for guests. Food: I had the Trip Chip cookie and Cookies and Cream Ice Cream. The ice cream, was well ice cream. Not special about it. Now that Triple Chip cookie was good. Wasn't as soft as I would have preferred, but it was cool. Would recommend warming it first for the full experience. Overall: Would recommend- definitely try out the variety of cookie selections they offer. Right by Emory University- so if you're in the area, stop by

Mint and Chocolate Ice Cream with an Old Fashioned Oatmeal Cookie

It's a hot day in northern Georgia and this visitor to Emory University needs some relief. Where did I go? I got it at Ali's. I wasn't sure at first. It wasn't the most charming spot, but I'm glad that I dived in. I started with hand-dipped Hershey's Mint and Chocolate Ice creams. I topped it off with an oatmeal cookie. Perfect. I'm ready to face the day again!

Coconut macaroons -one day old discount 4 for $6-a steal!

Ali's had been our place to go for cookie cakes which we bring to the kids' school when their birthday falls on a school day. I picked up four chocolate chip pecan and four coconut macaroons for $12 since I got the day old. I love coming here and checking out the day old selection which are on a shell on the right at the back of the shop. It is such a good value and we demolish the cookies with 24 hours, or else I will freeze if I get greedy and get too many. Staff is friendly and even ran out the store to give a man his bag of treats which he forgot! It was a chill atmosphere on an early Saturday evening. They also have ice cream which is a tasty treat as well!

    Hard as rocks !

So I went in today 3:00pm and tired the day old cookies and mind you I've been to this cookie spot several times for several years and I know what a day old cookies taste like.. and there's no way in hell these were day old cookies they were hard as rocks !! They should be ashamed of saying the cookies were 1 day old that's a lie! I was very disappointed I will not try them again or believe the workers or owners again . Just bypass the lies over on the side ( 1 day old cookies)

Lots of cookie choices with more not pictured of the other half of the counter.

Even though the hubs and I wandered here around 7:30 PM on a Sat evening, they still had a good selection of cookies to choose from. They were also bringing freshly baked ones out. We ended up with half a baker's dozen (7 cookies) that came out to be $15 (rounded up with tax). I particularly liked my picks of the berries and cream, Southern red velvet, toffee crunch, and triple chip. All were very unique in their own ways and gave me a wowing sensation after each bite. The cookies were still great the next day and also the following. We were piggies and definitely ordered more than we could consume in one evening. Why not, we're supporting a local business. And business at this location has died more significantly due to Emory being online. Customer service was so so. Were they polite? Yes. But were they genuine or looked like they cared to be there? No. But whatever. The cookies were great: chewy, soft, and flavors galore.

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. You could also order a whole variety of espresso drinks and lattes, etc. It even had a really cute seating area directly outside, but if you could fit yourself inside, there was some bar seating as well. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. There's a steady traffic of people going in and out. The staff are welcoming and pleasant. I got an iced honey lavender latte with oat milk and slice of the pistachio cardamom cake. The latte was ok but the cake was phenomenal. The latte had a decent flavor but it wasn't strong. Plus it tasted very grainy and milk-heavy, overpowering the coffee. My slice of cake was so moist and delicious without being too sweet. It was perfect. I'd definitely come back again more so for the desserts than the coffee. They have some indoor seating and a cozy table on the sidewalk just outside the front door.

Housesitting brought me to the neighborhood, and now I might have to make the trek regularly. I bought three sourdough bagels and a brown butter coconut cookie. My blood sugar was low and I absolutely could not resist eating the cookie on my way home. Wow.. It was so chewy and delicious. Both flavors come through really nicely. On to the bagels... These are, by far, the best bagels I've had in Atlanta. Honestly, they put the chain bagel spots to shame. The interior is really open and has that beautiful sourdough tang. They're perfectly crusted on the outside and provide a nice base for a spread/schmear. I'm so so impressed. Thank you Evergreen. I'll be back.

It comes down to appearance, taste, texture (love a good bite; should not be mealy), chew, and substance. I'm pleased to report that Saint Germain satisfied my sweet (French) tooth. After the sampler, I was done desserting. Yep, sampler. Why settle for one flavor when you can try them all? Well, six. Six. I tried six. And each one was excellent. The staffer was patient and helpful in leading me to a mix that would satisfy my desire to be a bit broad in my tastes but never traveling too far from sweet. Savory is not the move when it comes to these treats. My journey to France by way of Atlanta started with chocolate then went to raspberry violette (what???) then I went to the circus with cotton candy. I got a bit traditional with salted caramel, stayed there with nutella and finished up with creme brulee. When I tell you each macaron was better than the first... wow. You definitely get what you pay for -- so this wouldn't be an everyday splurge but... when you get a hankering pay for the real deal. Your tastebuds will thank you. If you're gonna go, go all in.
