Ali's had been our place to go for cookie cakes which we bring to the kids' school when their birthday falls on a school day. I picked up four chocolate chip pecan and four coconut macaroons for $12 since I got the day old. I love coming here and checking out the day old selection which are on a shell on the right at the back of the shop. It is such a good value and we demolish the cookies with 24 hours, or else I will freeze if I get greedy and get too many. Are the workers here underpaid and overworked? I have been twice in the last 30 days and my experience has been the same. At this point I am not inclined to return. The employees don't smile and they're not friendly, when you ask a question they seem to act bothered.
