First time trying these sought after Crumbl cookies and, although they didn't disappoint, I still don't understand the hype surrounding them. My favorite, out all that I tried, had to be their chocolate chip cookie. It was buttery, softly chewy yet sturdy to hold. Every [yes, every] bite was filled with milk chocolate goodness. The only thing that I found disappointing is that the flavors of cookies vary from week to week, so one has to wait to find out what the flavors of the week are. But -- what if you don't like any of the weekly selected flavor? - then, one has to wait 'till the following week. Not that delicious to wait around! I know Crumbl has been around for a few years now, but this is my first time trying Crumbl. I was actually intrigued due to the Dubai brownie AND the chocolate mallow that resembles a Hostess cupcake and I believe August 23rd was the last day. Apparently Crumbl has weekly option choices. Some cookies are recycled during the week or two; other cookies are not. I've heard and read mixed reviews on taste, price, customer service, wait time, etc. So, here goes my review: I used the Crumbl app to order Dubai brownie and chocolate mallow cupcake cookie at the Kendall location that is near me. To my luck, that location was sold out. I decided to check the Pinecrest location and they had the cookies I really wanted. At 4:38pm, I placed an online order of the 6-pack: 3 Dubai brownie 1 peanut butter munch 1 pumpkin chocolate chip 1 chocolate mallow cupcake cookie I do not live near by but I was able to get to the Pinecrest location at 6:25pm. A mere two hours from me placing and paying for my order. Upon arriving, I informed the app I was here. I saw about 5-6 people waiting. Didn't understand the system since some folks were ordering at the kiosk and some were waiting for pick-up orders. I thought, my order is just for pick up so should be easy. Observation and Interaction with employee: All the Crumbl employees looked busy. There was no employee manning the front desk. I saw my name come up on the pick up screen. After waiting about 10 minutes, I politely called out, "hello" to an employee to get their attention and inquire on my order. She said, "did you specify on the app that you're here" and I said, "yes, my name is actually on the screen". So, she goes back to her station and reviews my order. She comes back and says, "we are sold out of the chocolate mallow cupcake cookie". I said, "how can that be? I placed an order in advanced". She simply replied, "Do you want to speak to our manager". I would very much like to speak to the manager. The manager was working with the employees prepping cookies. Observation and Interaction with manager: Manager comes to the counter. I told her of my order and that I am now being informed that this location is sold out of "chocolate mallow cupcake cookie" and she said, "that's correct". And I said, "I placed and paid for this particular order". And manager said, "we don't hold orders in advance". Huh?! I don't get that system. That's very an inefficient process for one, especially when it comes to ordering online. Not sure if it's an organization or independent management decision, but yikes! I explained to the manager that I drove to this location just for that cookie. Manager began to explain to me how she's had 300+ orders for that cookie. And I said, "how am I supposed to know that" and manager, "I know you don't know and don't care". Wait, hold up! Don't care? Lady I made the drive for cookies. Now I started to get upset. I told her, "I didn't say I don't care. Don't put words in my mouth". She then said, "I have two small cookies of that one and it makes up a big cookie". I said, "yes, I'll take that". She was nice enough to throw in a mini chocolate chip cookie for my trouble. It's now 6:44pm. Ordering pending... So, I got 20% of my order. Still waiting on the remaining. The place started to get packed. Very packed with lots of people picking up their online orders. All the names on the pick up kiosk are now gone. Then one of the employees said, "anyone that ordered a Dubai brownie will need to wait 5-10 minutes since they were just placed in the oven". What an inefficient mess. At this point, other customers were inquiring on their orders and getting frustrated. 6:55pm Got my full order and left the crowded store. Overall observation: It seems this location needs dire help on structure, efficiency, and management. If management had the Crumbl employees pack orders in advance as soon as they are placed and chill them for pick-up, the employees wouldn't need to work so hard. It seems they are just making mass amount of cookies and working overtime for nothing. Seems a bit wasteful if you ask me. My order pick-up should have been 5 minutes and it took about 20 minutes. I don't really get the hype! Just not worth the hassle. read more

Every time I go to this location they are either out of certain cookie flavors or they do not make the cookie correctly. They also only have 1 person working every time I have gone. This evening I went to get the butter cake and it is missing the butter glaze. I had already left when I noticed this was wrong. It does not help that you pay extra for the cake ones and they do not make them correctly. Very disappointing. I am going to find another location because I am sick of this one. read more

Love it. I recommended. My kids love this place and the cookies are amazing. The service is really good.

I was just *slightly* excited when I heard Crumbl was coming to my area. They make it SO easy to order cookies ahead of time using their app. You're able to select the box size you want and flavors. If you don't want to use the app, the store has ipads where you can order in-house. The cookies are heated and so warm; they're also very large and meant to be shared (wink, wink). I love that they have a select variety for the week and the menu is not too overwhelming. All of the flavors I've tried have been tasty and unique. I check Crumbl's app each Monday to see the new week's flavors so I can plan my next trip to Crumbl. Also, if you sign up for their emails, you can add your birthday and receive a free Crumbl cookie on your birthday :) read more

First, can I commend the creators for coming up with the grand scheme idea of having the cookies switched up every week. Definitely is a game changer keeps me on my toes haha awesome marketing tactic. Cookies are delectable and it's so refreshing to be able to get consistent new flavors to try out. Crumbl app is also super easy to navigate and efficient when setting up deliveries. I love that this new Pinecrest location is closer to home! As I was driving by the falls, I saw a sign for crumbl cookie and had to go check it out. I've never heard them until now, but they are a chain with several locations in Miami. They just recently opened literally right across the street from the Falls mall in the shopping plaza and so I wanted to go and support them. The place on the inside was very clean and you could smell cookies right as you open the door. I visited with my wife since she loves cookies. We were greeted and attended right away and ended up trying a 4 pack of cookies. You have the option to order on a tablet at the store or directly with a cashier or through their app. The hard part was deciding from so many delicious options. We placed our order and within 3 minutes we had our cookies. The cookies were soft and super delicious and we will definitely be coming back. Each week the menu changes with new flavors of cookies. They even have delivery!! If you love, great fresh cookies, you definitely need to check out this spot. read more

I know there are other locations scattered throughout MiamiThe place is spotless and the ordering is efficient. You can either choose to order on their IPad stations, or you can order with an attendant. There were several options for yummy cookies and ice cream! You could order individually or in 4-packs, 6-packs etc. We ordered a four pack with a lemon cookie, a pink sugar cookie, a chocolate chip cookie, and a mystery Oreo cookie. The four cookies with tax came out to about $14. Delicious and efficient! Would highly recommend passing by if you're in the area (or if you're passing by TJ Maxx)! read more

You have to place the order yourself on the kiosk and all the employees do is literally pick up a cookie and put it in a box and they expect a tip? Utterly ridiculous. Isn't that what they get paid for? They're doing nothing special or extra and if you are buying multiple cookies, you have to figure out how to juggle them because they don't even offer you a bag or anything to carry them in. Since they don't have bags, I asked for a bigger box to put the smaller boxes in, and she had the audacity to tell me I would have to purchase a box. Insanity. I can't for the life of me. First time at any Crumble location. I ordered online and came in at my scheduled time. I understand that it was busy, and that the employees are all young. But not one bothered to help the people in the store, they were not all rude but they were too busy to help anyone- I waited 45 minutes for my cookies- there was a gentleman who waited longer than me. You can paper yourself but I prefer the personal touch. They have samples laid your for you to look at and they are mouthwatering.
