I'm going to update my review because the manager did do a great job in remedying my issues. And I do appreciate that. However, I did come in yesterday to grab a few of the Dubai chocolate brownies and it was a mess. One iPad said sold out. One said they had some. One iPad was cash only. The tv screen showed they were out of every cookie but one flavor. It was very disorganized. And they even limited the number of Dubai chocolate brownies that you could order to one per person and that wasn't mentioned anywhere online. Especially when I saw people before and after me ordering multiple. Previous to coming to Utah, I ordered Crumbl every week. We quit going to this location when another location finally opened up (it's still further away). The cookies are always terrible. Overcooked most of the time, very little frosting or toppings when they are supposed to have them or very little amount of filling if it's a stuffed cookie. One time I went back inside because they put frosting on a fresh hot cookie and it was a puddle by the time I got to my car. The quality is TERRIBLE. Like every single time, not just once in a while. We ordered 3 dozen of these overpriced cookies in the pretty boxes. What a disappointment with customer service.

Every time I order from the Ogden location, I am disappointed. But the app will not let me order from the Layton location, which is only a half mile further from me and far superior. Whether my cookies are purchased in person or at the store, the Ogden location always messes up. This particular time I ordered five cookies. One of them would have been in a separate single cookie box because it was my free birthday cookie. I received four cookies, one of which was not fully frosted and looked a little sad, but my birthday cookie was missing. The store always offers to let me come in to obtain a replacement... but my replacement cookies have often had issues as well. For example I did not receive my correct order through the app delivery option. Calling the store they told me that they were out of the cookie I had ordered so they just replaced it with something else without verifying. They asked me to come in and they would replace my box for free. While at the store ordering in person I was asked if I wanted a certain cookie, I told them I was allergic to something in that cookie, and I did not want that cookie even though they had offered it to me twice. They still put 2 of the cookie I could not eat in the box and did not put the cookies I ordered in the box. They did not show me my cookies before closing the box so I just grabbed it, thanked them and went out to my car. Once in my car, I realized that they did not show them to me so I opened the box to check them, and saw the wrong cookies. I went back in the store to have them fix it. When they were bringing me the box to check, it was the wrong cookies again. The manager ended up pulling up my order to see that I did not order the cookies they keep putting in my box and the error was not my fault. She was very nice and gave me several gift cards to apologize for the error. While these cookies are beautiful and delicious and the employees really have tried to make things right.... The competence of the employees over the last two years has been sad. They are very nice... but not very good at listening to what is being ordered or reading what is actually listed in the order. I have been told by many people that they do not ever go to the Riverdale/Ogden location because of errors similar to this. read more

It's clear management doesn't value or respect the people who actually keep this place running. The workers seem stressed, overworked, and unappreciated--and it shows. The girl closing last month during the kardashian cookies was irritated we came in 1/2 hour before closing and made a mess of the box and the cookies she got it all intermingled together and it was just a mess. that had been the only rude experience I've had here, so I'm still giving a 5 star because of the other employees that made me feel welcome on other days. my daughter and I love to try the flavors almost weekly. I ordered a box of 4 on the app, went in to pick it up.... no one acknowledged me for a very long time... there were 2 others at the counter talking about what cookies to order but not one employee gave me the time of day. then I was finally asked my name for my order, got my cookies and left... when I got home opened the box and they weren't even the correct cookies. First time ever visiting crumble in Riverdale UT We heard so much about this before and we used to live in PA and they don't have these around there therefore since relocating to Utah this was a must. This place is SO great! The cookies are made fresh and warm. They are unbelievably delicious, no matter what flavor you get. We got Dulce de Leche flavor last time and it was out of this world! The store is also very clean, the customer service is great, they were fast and friendly. The fridge is well stocked with milks and waters to help refresh you after the intense sweets. My daughters and I all shared one cookie and it was plenty for all of us because they are so huge. We will definitely be back! read more

I am a sucker for cookies and as we were walking to our car, after having dinner at another establishment across the parking lot... my Cookie radar went off. After twisting each other's arm, my wife and I both agreed to support each other, by saying "sure... I guess I will have a cookie, if YOU really want one...". As if we were both such generous givers... The shop was filled with several workers; all of which appeared happy and were very friendly. Our order was taken and we both went for the traditional chocolate chip cookie. (Hey... we like to keep it old school). Anyway, the cookies were quickly boxed up and we were on our way. As we started to drive away... we both agreed we should eat our cookie, while it was still warm. The bummer was, the cookies were barely warm and they had very little flavor. We have visited other Crumbl locations in past and remember the cookies being more flavorful and definitely much warmer. So yeah... the customer service level and team working, deserve 5 stars for being so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this time the cookies fell short of what we would have hoped for in taste and temperature. Thus, my 3 star rating. They might have had an off night, so we will have to try them again in the future. read more

FINALLY! I've been checking this location FREQUENTLY waiting for the open light to be on! Alas, June 28th has come upon up to grace us with Crumbl chocolate chip cookies (plus free cookie day). Crumbl has decent tasting cookies. Their ultimate peanut butter is my favorite. My review is more about the customer service inside the store and from their customer service reps. They incorrectly charged my wife for four separate cookies instead of a four pack. My wife didn't know any better because it was her first time going in to make a purchase. We called customer service after to see if they could correct this and instead they lied to us about why they were right to charge us for four separate cookies instead of a four pack. I wont support a business that has such terrible customer service and only cares about taking our money. read more
