The donuts weren't bad... its very very sweet sugary cookies...the chocolate chip and pumpkin ones were the best! The customer service is non existent. You don't get greeted. Just go straight to the computer and order what cookies you want. The inside looks like an open kitchen. First time visiting crumbl and expected a little bit more since this place is very popular in social media. Free parking. This crumbl is located inside of a shopping center plaza. I know that I am late to the Crumbl craze, but I finally made my way to this location to try these cookies for the first time. I came with a friend who swears these cookies are amazing. We opted to get a box of 4. One cookie is $4.28, a box of 4 -$13.95, a pack of 6- $21.48, and a 12 pack will cost you $36.53. Based on the pricing we told ourselves it was more economical to get 4 instead of 1 The business works as self service. As such, you place your orders on a computer as well as pay utilizing the same device. The staff make the cookies and packages them. They did offer us a sample as we debated on which flavors to order!! Of the four cookies we tried, my favorite was the guava! So good! Next would be the chocolate chip. My least favorite was the Oreo because it was actually chilled. I think the negative comments of this company stem from their cold cookies. The ones that are warm are amazing. I enjoyed the cookies so much I returned a few weeks later and they had a red velvet cookie! I love red velvet so I was eager to try this one! It did not disappoint. My only ask next time would be for them to not put as much frosting on the cookie! It was too much and I ended up tossing a large portion of it. I understand why people love this place! As I combed through the selection I was excited as there were some flavors I had never seen before. Oh yeah! Let's talk Cookiessssssssssss. Crumbl cookies change weekly, so you may not see the same cookie twice. I'm a sweet tooth girl, so the overly sweet cookies don't bother me the sweeter the better. Upon entry, you place your order on the kiosk, which doesn't take long, and they will notify you when your order is ready it took me less than five minutes a very uncomplicated process from beginning to end. Now, the price point for these mediocre cookies is insane I could have purchased all the ingredients and made my own for what they charge for one single cookie....SMH! R had a craving for something sweet, so he used the Crumbl Cookies app to order some cookies from the Brookhaven location, but found out that the new Sandy Springs location opened recently. It turns out that the Sandy Spring location is closer, so he placed an online order for pick up in Sandy Springs. This Crumbl Cookies is in a busy shopping center. There are lots of available parking spaces in the large and free parking lot. R dropped me off so I could go into the store while he parked close by and stayed in the car. From where I was dropped off, I walked up some steps to get to the store level. Before I got to the entrance, though, I noticed there were a few tables in front, closer to the parking lot. There were many customers waiting in line to use the two self service kiosks so that they could order their favorite cookies. I'm glad R placed an order via the app which allowed me to bypass the kiosk line; some customers took a while to make their selections, delaying others behind them. More customers were in the waiting area, crowded together and looking forward to when one of the employees would call their names and hand over their boxed cookies. Flavors of the week rotate onto and off of the list of available flavors (except for milk chocolate chip and the classic pink sugar cookie (chilled), which are mainstays). This week, cookies and cream milkshake (chilled), strawberry cupcake, buttermilk pancake, triple chocolate chip and Kentucky butter cake made the list. There were at least seven employees working in the open view kitchen, and all of them were moving quickly, performing a multitude of tasks. There were two smiling employees taking turns bringing pink boxes to the waiting area, calling out customers' names and handing the orders to them. All of the employees did great jobs getting the long line of customers handled, and I could see it was obviously a team effort. Just like other Crumbl Cookies stores that I've visited, this still was brightly lit and clean. R and I each got four cookies; two of them were milk chocolate chip and two of them were triple chocolate chip, allowing both of us to try both flavors. The cookies were slightly crunchy, mostly chewy, dense, sweet, heavy and filling. I'm not that much into really sweet cookies so I wouldn't eat these more than once every few months, but these were good when paired with a tall glass of milk! read more

Very friendly staff! The sweet smell gets you if someone is walking out. It drifts you in like Pepe le pew with the scent lol . The cookie selection varies but they allll looked great . They even had "the kitchen sink" lol so they don't throw away ingredients but repurpose them and I love that . Went with classic chocolate chunk and it was gone before I left the parking lot . This was my first time to Crumbl. This location is very clean. You order from the kiosk then patiently or impatiently wait for your name to be called. The cookies flavor change from week to week, so you can try different options as often as you want. The staff was very nice. They smiled and greeted every guest. NOW for the most important part: the actual cookie. I chose cookies and cream. It was delicious. I am so glad I only chose one cookie this time. I'm giving the store a 4 because it was super clean in there, the cookies are good but they aren't the best I've ever had. They taste too sweet like they just overload it with sugar and I'm referring to a regular chocolate chip cookie... my husband bought 6 in a box and it was $24 that's super expensive for average cookies.. She was the only one to be busy and say " have you been helped". Someone even walked up to the register, never asked if I'd been helped. I ordered four cookies via Ubereats last night and when the driver arrived at the store, he told me they didn't have the flavors I ordered. I asked him to cancel because I didn't want four of the same cookies since they were sold out of everything else. The poor driver asked the store to cancel the order which they refused (they knew if I canceled it they would still get the money whereas if they canceled it I would not be charged). I refused to cancel it since it is their job to update their availability on Ubereats when they are sold out of flavors and I refused to pay almost $40 for four of the same cookies or cookies I didn't like. The driver said this store does this all the time and they always refuse to cancel. I tried to call the store and no one would pick up. I reached out to Ubereats support and they were able to cancel the order once they read the chat between myself and the driver and could see I tried to call. I sent the driver a tip via Venmo since he was there roughly 25 minutes trying to get them to cancel. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional on every level. Trying to extort your customers by holding them hostage and refusing to cancel so you still get paid is gross. It's just cookies, yall. It's not that deep - if you're out of flavors the customer should not be forced to pay for anything they do not want or like. The lesson here is to keep your availability updated. read more

Overall, would likely not return. There's a place I order cookies from online that are truly out of this word and Crumbl isn't it. Although there were definitely some pros like: Very clean and quick service. Beautiful packaging. However, the flavour just isn't there. The cookies: we ordered 4 of their about 8 cookies. The main thing I noticed is that all of the cookies tasted almost the exact same. For example, the cookies and cream could have been any other cookie and tasted just like the butter and pancake ones. Something I found strange was that when you entered the store, there is no smell whatsoever of sweets or cookies. It was super clean but very factory like and sterile. read more

Avoid this location! I got a brownie that was hard as a rock and called the location for a refund. The employee accused me of already switching out the brownie (which I hadn't) and said I would have to email the owner. Over a week later and still no response. Customer service at this location is hit and miss depending on the day, but for the employees to accuse a customer of lying and for the owner to not reply to a complaint is unacceptable. A simple apology and refund would've sufficed but Crumbl has lost a customer and I'll tell anyone asking to go somewhere else. read more
