Unique and tasty cookies. Huge cookies with more of a cake like feel. The ones that are too cake like are not my favorite but the chocolate chip...OMG! Kick me out of ketosis daily! Actually Crumbl cookies are or should be a once in a while treat. I don't have much of a sweet tooth so I can stay away. Even though I do like the cookies. Someone with a love for sweets would have a hard time not grabbing these cookies too often. I'm a fan of Crumbl but haven't been to this location in over two years. I usually only go when they have the pink cookie, which is my favorite. So tonight I was in Silverdale and went in. I was the only one there, so it's not like this was a bad experience because of a rushed employee. I paid cash, and the change was a penny. She asked if I wanted it back. I thought it was weird to be asked if I wanted my own money back (I know - only a penny - but when I worked retail you usually let the customer take the lead if they don't want the change) and so it was an awkward experience to begin with. Then comes the cookie- they always open the box and ask if it looks okay, and I was still kind of surprised about the penny thing, so she opened the box and - no - the cookie did not look okay. There was an extremely thin layer of frosting; so thin that the cookie showed through. She seemed a little agitated, and I was hungry and not in the mood to argue- so I'm instead posting a review and sharing some pics. I hope mgmt. sees that the layer of frosting is pretty abysmal for a (nearly) $5 cookie. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by my first visit to a Crumbl cookies. I wasn't expecting it to be so nice considering the reviews, but the employee was warm and welcoming, and I didn't think the prices were too high for huge specialty cookies made warm for you right then and there. I got a four pack with French Toast, Apple Crumb Cake, Milk Chocolate Chip, and Mother's Recipe cookies. After picking the first three that I really wanted, I just picked Mother's Recipe to be the fourth for the four pack, not expecting much. It was an oatmeal cookie with toffee, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. I wasn't expecting much from the combination, but it was the best of the bunch! They were all very good cookies, although the French Toast really seemed to be more of a cake than a cookie. The chocolate chip is very good but they are very undone,soft. I had to bake them for and additional 8 min at 375*degrees. I know a lot of people like there cookies this way but considering there is egg in cookie recipes they should be cooked longer. One cookie I couldn't bake or eat had to throw out the lemon cookie was so raw inside. Couldn't bake it because of the lemon curd on top. It would have just run off everywhere. Think I will stick to baking my own. they are very expensive and just not worth it unless you like raw cookies read more

This Silverdale location is optimal for us and me! Now for this store, we've been here several times to get our employees these overpriced cookies. They are overpriced for what they are, paying for cute pink boxes and multiple employees is expensive. This store needs some quick quality control and some customer service training! My last order was disappointing with their chocolate chip. I even said to the girl who boxed up my 2 boxes when she presented the boxes to me..."the chocolate chip ones are small today" and her response was- "yeah, they were rushing" WOW! no offer to replace it or make it right. Come on Crumbl, teach your employees how to be consistent with making your cookies and how to make it right when there's a problem if a customer says something. Charging $5 a cookie and then not making them consistent to what is shown online and in store is unacceptable. Please do better or I don't see this store lasting. read more

Definitely gourmet cookies, but way too sweet. I wish they wouldn't rely on sugar so much since the they would be better with a reasonable amount. If you think I'm exaggerating, each cookie has 33-107 grams of sugar. My recommendation is to share a cookie if you go here. read more
