Though this location is closed on Sunday, new flavors drop every Sunday evening and it's always exciting to see if I'll be stopping by to try something new. Some of my favorites are Snickerdoodle and Strawberry Crumble Cake. The cookies are so big and sweet, it usually takes me days to eat them, but there's so delicious! You can buy individually or save a bit and buy four at a time. You order on a kiosk and they prepare your order for you. Usually takes less than 5 minutes. Customer service is always top tier here! Well, I finally got to try this place. They make the cookies right in front of you. They also have a kill kiosk or you can order your cookies and then go to a different counter and just pick them up and they're piping hot or you can order at the register and then wait for your cookies. The cookies are pretty huge so I ordered one chocolate chip cookie and one peanut butter cookie, the peanut butter cookie had natural peanut butter drizzled all over the top of it. It was really good and the chocolate chip cookie was a very thick thick cookie and doughy . I do prefer my cookies crunchy. That was the only downfall for me but everything was very good and tasted yummy. The kids running the show are very young and super nice. Atmosphere - was clean and tiddy Cookies - the cookies are large, but personally are a little too sweet. However I understand everyone is different. The reason for my rate comes down to price. They had given me two of the same cookies when I ordered two different ones and when i told them, they went to the back and loudly said i had placed the order wrong when i didn't. they proceeded to laugh with each other and said they chose the "worst one" for me, their crew leader let them do that knowing there were many customers there, i walked in and the workers there were looking at the customers judgmentally and i did not feel welcome there it felt like they didn't want to do their job at all, i politely asked if they could switch out the other cookie because i ordered 2 different ones but they stared and proceeded to say all of that right in front of me and other customers leaving me embarrassed for there mistake. read more

First time trying Crumbl Cookies at The Forum. I downloaded the app to check out the flavors and placed an order for curbside pickup. My order was ready like immediately. Once I arrived I was greeted by a baker within a few minutes delivering my cookies to my car. What a super easy way to pick up a quick treat! So onto the cookie review. I ordered a box of 4 the prices are a little on the higher side but honestly I'm willing to pay the price for the flavor and quality, I mean these cookies are pretty big! I ended up getting a chocolate chip, cookie butter Ice cream, peanut butter brownie and a triple berry cobbler cookie. My thoughts on the chocolate chip cookie, I've had better something was a bit off on the flavor for me. The cookie butter ice cream cookie was simply delicious! I highly recommend trying that one for sure! The peanut butter brownie was awful in my opinion that one went into the trash. Then there was the triple berry cobbler cookie, like shut the front door that cookie was darn delicious!! I would just buy a box of those alone, so flipping good! I've been wanting to try Crumbl cookie for a while. About a month ago I passed by this location not knowing it was not opened yet. The day before I was trying to order cookies for a next day pick up but the app would not let me. I wondered why. So the next day during lunch I tried to order again and it worked. So I ordered to pick it up in the evening. We drove up about 650pm. There were quite a few people but it was easy I walked in pressed "I'm here" on my app then a minute later my cookies were handed to me. I was like wow ok. My husband asked why it was so busy. And it was technically their first day fully open for business. Wow. We thought they have been opened for months. While sitting in our car the line started to get long and across the shopping center. The cookies are huge. About 4 cookies in 1. A six pack was way to much for the family of 3. LOL. We still have cookies in the box. We tried everything and our favorite two were chocolate chip and the cowboy cookie. This weeks cookies are. Oreo, cinnamon bun, cowboy cookie, chocolate chip, raspberry topped and a sugar cookie. I thought I was an adventurous cookie person but I guess I'm more old fashioned. I enjoyed the chocolate chip the most. Followed by the cow boy which is a oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips, pecans and topped with coconut. Yum. Definitely would get those two again. Stars. 1 star for facilities.
