Friendly staff. I was greeted promptly when entering the store. Online ordering as easy and convenient. Allowed us to pick the cookies we wanted and read about them on the screen. Wait time was less than a minutes. Cookies looked just like online pictures. We were shown the cookies and asked if everything looked okay before being handed out cookies. We were thanked for our business and went on out way. Cookies looked just an awesome- I'm sure they will taste the same. Staff was friendly and attentive to us being there. Best cookie hands down, every time we get a chance to go Monroe we stop at crumbl and try the new flavors. The service and workers were always nice and fast, so we never stood in the establishment for to long. Best cookies ever Now West Monroe has a Great Cookie shop open late and easy to get in and out. As long as you order before you get there in the afternoon you can make an order you'll wait about an hour before noon you can make an order and you'll wait about 30 minutes to pick up but it's worth it. read more

The cookies themselves are amazing both fresh as you get them and after they have been sitting in the box for a bit. The people there are so nice and catering even when they are understaffed and over packed. And the general ambiance of the store makes it feel like a calming chill bakery. read more
