Crumbl cookies are definitely on the more dense and cakeish side so it does feel a little heavy. I liked this Crumbl as there were various ways to order. You could order on their app, on the iPad in the store, or with a cashier. This day, I opted to try a chocolate chip cookie and it was pretty good but I would definitely try more unique flavors if you have the chance to be a near a Crumbl. read more

I've been to this Crumbl a couple of times, and I'm always happy with my cookies! They do a beautiful jon of decorating them. There are 2 kiosks for you to order, and every time I've been there to order, the moment I'm finished at the kiosk, they pretty much immediately call my name. If it seems crowded in the store, just know they move super fast. You won't be waiting long whatsoever. They're always super nice too! Plenty of parking in the lot. It's close to the mall and the AMC. You can always zip by for a quick after movie treat, our go to move! read more

I have been waiting for them to open so I could go try these cookies. When you walk in all the staff greets you. There is music playing. It seems like everyone is enjoying themselves you can order on a tablet which made things smooth even though it was busy We got the six pack we had 2 macadamia, 2 chocolate chip 1 s'mores and 1 peanut butter. The cookies were soft however by the time we got home they weren't warm anymore. These cookies are so thick and a little doughy. But they weren't bad. They tasted pretty good. We each tried a piece of every cookie and we were full. I wouldn't suggest eating a whole one in one sitting lol. All in all I'd come back. Alright so I'm behind on the Crumbl location rollout. I had no idea we had TWO!! A perk to Crumbl is their weekly flavors changing. That keep things fresh and fun. Their staple chocolate chip is always on the menu. I was able o try their pumpkin chip cookie and it was wonderful. The cookie size is definitely shareable (or keep for yourself!), but it's possible. MY second time in was to pickup a catering order or small cookies. The box was huge and the presentation was nice. The cookies are on a raised insert within the box. The box top folds back. You aren't just opened the box, the company name displays, which is a nice touch. The cookies received very positive reviews. I would suggest trying out their catering option, or pickup a cookie for yourself! read more

Here I go again! Back at Crumbl to check out their latest delicious treats on the menu this week. We tried the Apple Cider Muffin cookie, the Strawberry Milk cookie, the SeaSalt Toffee cookie and the S'mores cookie. All were delightful, but the true star of all of these was the Sea Salt Toffee one. Sweet, soft, buttery, gooey, with hints of crunch and salt. What's not to love. Honey, if you don't know, you better ask somebody. Keep it up Crumbl, and I'll be back. As always the service was fast, uncomplicated, and with a smile, and the aroma was amazing. Finally, a Crumbl Cookies near me! I'm obsessed with their cookies and I couldn't wait for this White Marsh location to open. Wasn't expecting too much since they just recently opened, but so far the service and cookies itself are pretty solid. I ordered on the app for pick up as I shopped across the street. When I came in to pick up, I marked the "I'm here" in the app, and as soon as I did that a girl handed me my order. Super quick and I like that they wait until you arrive so that your cookies are still warm, cause that's the best way to eat it! Didn't stay too long inside since it was a quick pick up, but it looked pretty clean and there was a lot of staff, all seemed friendly. I got one cookie butter cookie to share with my boyfriend, it was delicious and soft! The cookies are pretty large and filling. So glad for this great addition to White Marsh! read more

Finally have a Crumbl location in the area and decided to try after hearing all the hype on social media. It was a quick trip on a week night. You could see that the workers were busy preparing cookies so no greeting. We saw the self help kiosk and put in our order. We decided on the classic chocolate chip and the peanut butter (A chunky peanut butter cookie topped with caramel buttercream, a sprinkle of Snickers pieces, and a smooth milk chocolate drizzle). The order was ready pretty quickly. Now, these cookies are pretty big and thick. Lots of icing as well if you opt for something other than a classic. We tried a piece of both cookies immediately and they are pretty good warm. Definitely didn't want to eat the entire cookie in one sitting. Tried again the following day and it was alright. It's nice that they offer different flavors weekly. That'll entice people as the cookies are pricey, about $5 each. read more

Great cookies, they are very sweet so I can never eat a whole cookie at once. I have gone a few times since they opened and even got the cookie cutter. The app is usually up to date for when they sell out of a specific flavor, but they replenish fairly often. Make sure you sign up to earn points I have already used my first $10 reward. read more

I really don't understand the hype with Crumbl! The cookies are $5 each which is expensive. And yes, they're big and they serve them warm but the cookies themselves are TOO sweet and heavy; they just sit in your stomach afterward. I ordered 13 sets of 4-pack specialty cookies for a Christmas party, placed 11 hours in advance. NONE of the orders were ready at the 5:30pm pickup. We waited 30 minutes, causing us to be late to the party. To my frustration, ALL orders, except one, contained peanut butter cookies - when I purposely left out peanut butter due to allergy concerns. Some boxes had the same cookie flavor, misshapen and flat cookies (because they were newly cooked and did not rest properly to take shape), and untidy boxes due to haste. The subpar quality left me utterly dismayed as I distributed these disappointing gifts to my friends. Not worth the money and hassle! read more

The cookies are huge easily enough to share with a couple friends - matter fact the nutrition guide lists a serving as 1/4 of a cookie. At ~800 calories per cookie and 50g+ of sugar you really want to limit yourself to one at at time maybe even one per day. There is more sugar in one cookie then almost all 12oz soda cans and all energy drinks. The cookies are a mix between a undercooked cake and doughy cookie usually covered in some form of super sweet soft frosting. I definitely don't think they are worth the cost nor they hype. read more
