Clean, excellent work on Chevrolet seals, air conditioning, shocks and wiring. 2002 runs like a horse high tailing it back to the barn.

I took the car and went for the test drive and the issue was not fixed at all, i came back and requested some help and explained that my car is only 3 months old and after spending so much on a new car like this, all I am asking is to have a well performing car, and I am sure anyone from them would want the same, Travis was like take your truck to Grand Tire Pro and have them check it and then let me know, I asked that is Grand Tire Pro more expert than Ford? my car is under warranty, so I asked Travis that if he wants me to take my car to a 3rd party shop, then if can send me an email that I am ok to take my car to Grand Tire Pro, then he started yelling at me and saying that I will not send anything and at this point I am washing my hands off from your car, Take your car to a different dealership, I mean where would I go after one month of waiting? what if they have caused the problem? I asked Travis to come with me on a test drive I can show the problem, then Travis (Very Rudely) we dont get paid for going on a test drives and I dont go with someone if someone else is driving, I said you can drive and I will sit with you, He is like no, I said I am gonna leave my car here until you fix it, then Travis said if you leave it here then we will leave your car outside the lot with the keys inside, like WOW, then Travis said just leave my dealership right now, I really got disrespected and I called my attorney and I was talking to them on phone call, meanwhile Travis called cops on me, I also called 911 but by the time I called the cops were already there, I explained to cops what happened, but Travis asked cops to trespass me and said that I should not be seen around the property, LIke completely disrespected a customer so badly, I bought more than 7 cars from this dealership and have my whole family and friends in Moab, they gonna loose business from all of us, this was very disrespectfull, all I was asking was for help to fix my car and they trespassed me? If you really love your car do not go to this dealership at all, else this is a free country, All the Best and Thank you Hi-Performance Ford.

Worst Vehicle Purchase Experience Ever I went to Moab for a…read morevacation, only to run into unexpected vehicle trouble. Concerned about getting stranded, we visited this dealership because they had a vehicle we had previously considered. The staff was friendly, which is the only reason they're getting even one star--because you can't go any lower. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a disaster. They gave us a shockingly low trade-in value for our fully paid-off vehicle, and refused to negotiate on the price of a car that had been sitting on their lot for over six months. Their justification? "Small town dealership trying to get by." That excuse didn't hold water. We finalized the deal and drove off the lot--only to have the check engine light come on less than a mile down the road. We immediately turned around and brought it back. They claimed it was just a routine software update and assured us it was nothing serious. We were told to take it to the manufacturer's dealership once we got home. Back home, we did just that. Turns out, it wasn't a software issue at all--it was a faulty turbo-related part. Thankfully, it was still under factory warranty and the repair was covered. But the stress of dealing with two unreliable vehicles during a vacation was overwhelming. This was, hands down, the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. I wouldn't buy water from this dealership in the desert--even if it were life or death.!!

I don't even know where to start as this has been a consistently bad experience across the board…read more It actually started with a recall appointment. I scheduled it, took time out of my day, brought the truck in, and only then was told they didn't even have the parts. Their service staff admitted they knew that ahead of time and just... didn't bother to notify me. They shrugged it off. When I asked how I was supposed to know when the recall could actually be done, I was tersely told to "just keep calling every few weeks." I later wrote a review about the experience and only then I was contacted by the Service Manager, who acknowledged how bad that was and promised they would prioritize my recall and keep me informed. Of course, that never happened. The only reason the recall eventually got done is because I physically stopped by again and asked a different service advisor. After that, I had additional issues with poor workmanship and a completely unprofessional parts department. Trying to resolve any of this has been just as bad. I spoke to my service advisor, who told me to contact the Service Manager (apparently handling issues internally is too much to ask). I emailed him, but there was zero response. I waited nearly a week and escalated to the General Manager. Nothing. Then I contacted the Dealer Principal, and someone from Western Slope Auto even took my info and said they'd call me back. No call. No follow-up. No response. This is on top of paying for an alignment that clearly wasn't done (fixed soon after by a competent local shop) and weeks of misinformation and poor communication from the parts department. At this point, the lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and complete absence of customer service is actually impressive. If you value your time, your vehicle, and your money, stay away from this dealership. It's a perfect example of poor workmanship and zero customer service.

Apparently they felt the need to run diagnostics themselves before ordering the part, stranding us in Grand Junction overnight with no mode of transportation and no prior warning. I called and asked to speak to the service manager, Austin, but instead got a call back from Dana. He was not willing to discuss any options or compensate us for the additional 24 hours we were going to have to spend in Grand Junction. I called back again to tell them that we were going to pick up the truck, and I was told it would take 30 minutes to "get it ready". I told them I expected it ready immediately and was met with a dial tone. When we got there to pick up the vehicle, they did call RAM, who said they would reimburse us the hotel cost and one meal. If your RAM/Jeep breaks down in Moab, take it to any other dealership or be prepared to stay days in Grand Junction. The only positive note is the shuttle driver, she went above and beyond.

I was literally two minutes from driving off the lot. Then it all fell apart. Three red flags that made me walk: - Credit Union Roadblock - The dealership refused to provide my credit union with a bill of sale before the transaction date, then immediately pressured me to switch to their financing sources. - Warranty Scare Tactic - They claimed that an extended warranty purchased from an East Coast dealership wouldn't be honored in the Western U.S. (This is false--Toyota warranties are honored nationwide.) - The Deal Breaker - They insisted I sign a mandatory arbitration agreement waiving my right to take them to court, claiming it was "required by law" to complete the sale. (Also false.) I refused. I walked away. No dream car for me today
