They were great when they first opened. Now the tanning bed lights aren't being replaced and the floors in the tanning rooms are dirty. It would be a great gym except the music is extremely loud and booming bass. Even in the locker rooms. It's nerve wracking trying to relax in the sauna and being bombarded with Justin Bieber dance remixes. Do NOT go to this gym!! They will hit you with hidden fees and refuse to refund. My son paid monthly membership of $15 to go for the summer with a friend. 1 maybe 2 months. After one month of membership they charged his account a yearly fee of $76.96. We called and told them he is only doing 1 or 2 months. The staff person refused to refund the money on the phone and said it was in policy contract. My son is very upset. There are too many people in this world already trying to take more money than what they are allowed. The management at this gym is just terrible. I'd tire going to insist on playing the same 30 songs everyday; STOP. Turn it off and let everyone workout to either silence or their own selection of music. I'm no expert in fitness or working out but I've had several gym memberships and have been in and out of fitness for the better part of my adult life. This is my first experience at joining a gym and walking in on day one of it being open with all brand new equipment and work out spots. I gotta say, this place is clean and they didn't hold back on purchasing quality gear to exercise with. They have such a variety of things to use from traditional free weights and machines but also sleds, punching bags, strips of turf with hash marks inside to places for high intensity interval training and of course the rooms for yoga, spin, Zumba and the like. I can't speak for the ladies room but in the men's locker they have private showers available and plenty of space for lockers and places for a bio break. Also, I'm a huge fan of the dry sauna!!! The folks at the front desk have been helpful and friendly so far and the check in process is super easy with the barcode on the Crunch ap. So far I'm very impressed and plan on working out in here for the foreseeable future! read more

called to cancel my membership and was told it was canceled, a couple of months later my card got hit for 144.00 and when I called the snooty little C-&%$ that I talked to was very rude and said there was nothing she was gonna do to help me, They also didn't tell me about a yearly fee of some sort ?? Pros - Gym has a lot of good equipment. - red light therapy is cool Cons The music is so loud I can hear it through my noise canceling over ear headphones. - When they hold classes the music is even worse. The garage door for the Zumba room is never closed also crazy loud.. maybe you like hearing a trainers voice "let's go you can do it" - Sauna is half as hot as other local sauna due to where they put the temperature probe in the sauna. Billing issues!! Even after I presented them with a drs note that I hurt my back and could no longer go to the gym it took an act of congress to get the monthly deductions stopped!! (An entire year to be exact!) They use a third party billing company called ABC Financial and could not even supply me with a contact or their phone number!!! It seems as though every time I come into the broken arrow facility someone at the front desk is texting on their cell phone.. Would give 0 stars if I could. Signed up for the early bird special or whatever it was called. The lady who did my contract signed me up through 2033 and not beginning until 2030 so I came back to talk to them about it and ultimately ended up putting the steps in motion to cancel my account. This was around September. I've called every month since then, spoken to someone who verifies I have notes on my account dating that far back but they can't cancel my account or refund my money? I've literally never stepped foot in there to workout, dropped a smidgen of sweat or even signed in. Very unprofessional company but they're just a box gym so I don't expect too much. Be warned. Be careful! The free month is not stated in the contract as to when you'll get it and if you try to cancel, the reviews are horrible about how long it takes to process. Most people are charged during their 30 day notice. I like the gym, I am continuing to go to the gym regardless of the rude way in which the situation of me being charged during my "2 free months" was approached. When I called, they admitted there was a glitch and that a lot of people had reached out. The manager, Kimberly, contacted me back and at first was friendly but when I explained I was on a tight budget, she told me "to show her on the contract where it specified WHEN my free months would be". I just felt like they could be more transparent, especially when the young man who helped me on my first trip there, Gum, was so explicit on explaining the details and that I wouldn't receive a monthly charge until November and that is when the "yearly" fees would hit as well. He was informative and polite. Kimberly started out polite and basically told me that in no way would I receive a refund, to show her on my contract when the free months were and that if I wanted to cancel, I would still be required to pay the yearly fees. I kind of get that part b/c I did read the contract but it was her demeanor, her unethical representation of the facts and how she explained the "situation" to me. Just be careful and ask questions! If they promise you free months, know that's likely not to be the case, and for God's sakes, don't take complaints to Kimberly. read more
