My primary concerns are the use of tripods and video recording, which seems unrestricted, and the differing expectations for male and female attire, as the males are asked to keep their shirts on, while the females walk around in nothing more than a bra and panties. Implementing a universal dress code requiring shirts would promote a more inclusive environment. Moreover, moderating the music volume and diversifying the playlist would cater to a broader range of preferences as I'm sure most people would agree we do not want to listen to songs by Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys from their very first albums. I cancelled today (June 25). That means I was a member for 6 months and was exempt from the $25 cancellation fee. Just minutes after I cancelled my membership on the app, my bank was charged another $14 for the month of July. Apparently it was in the fine print of the sign up documents that they would do this. Here is the email I received from their Customer Support: Hello Michelle, The terms on the membership are a 30 days' notice for cancellation. Anything owed up until the date of cancellation and any payments set to draft in the next 30 days are owed. We apologize that you were unaware of this policy as it is in the membership agreement signed at the start of each membership. We love having you apart of the VASA Fitness family and want to have you stick around! We wanted to offer a one month credit to your membership if you'd like to stay. Please let us know if you'd like to have the one month credit placed, or continue with cancelling your membership. I asked about pausing my membership and she said in a harsh rather scolding tone that I couldn't cancel a membership over the phone but would have to go in. I told her I didn't ask about cancelling but pausing. She said there's no pausing, again in a harsh tone. I might join again when I have more time. I had been told a couple of years ago that I could pause for a couple of months. I guess they changed that policy.

They'll spend money on fake plants, yet won't fix what's needed (this applies to other issues as well) - so far this summer, the outside "hot tub" is either disgusting, jets don't work, flooded with kids under 12 (there's a rule against that), or it's closed off - when it's busy, you'd swear no one in the greater Tulsa area is going to any other gym at that moment - it's succumb to the "Premium" disease. Some things you can't do unless you pay more - and a general membership is already pricey - if you want to play pickleball - good luck. They change the schedule of when the courts are available for whatever types of players. If it's free play, you might end up waiting awhile before you play again. There's only 3 courts. That's all for now. I'm sure there's other issues. Those are just from my lens. Two stars simply because it has so many services. Think "Costco" of gyms. On Monday because of the ac not working I go to the broken aarow location to do cardio and then I drove to this location (woodland hills) to work out and lift weights. The woodland hills location needs a need ac unit bad. The staff has said it toast. Well when I was at the broken aarow location doing cardio Monday because their ac works good there the broken aarow location said that they got approved for a brand new ac unit. I thought that was crazy because they don't need a new unit. Woodland hills is the one that needs the new unit. It makes 0 sense to me. The broken aarow ac works perfect there. that's why I do cardio there. Hopefully woodland hills gets the ac fixed because right now it's not that hot outside and the temperature yesterday was 79 degrees at midnight when I went. In the upcoming weeks it's about to get brutal.
