Many friends who swim there tell me they have tried the locations in Mission and Dove Ave. According to them this is the best location for maintenance and cleaning always being attended to. Even though I personally don't use the weights or machines all the staff are always pleasant and friendly.

My customer service experience: your payments can only be made through direct deposit, so when your contract is up and you submit the paperwork to cancel (and the employees don't submit it properly), they will continue to withdrawal money directly from your checking account. I've been emailing and calling their billing department about this for MONTHS and they just say that they'll talk to a manager and hang up. Every single time. Nothing ever gets done and they still have not refunded me. Additionally, I filled out the paperwork to cancel several months before my last day. I had it marked in my calendar and did everything I was supposed to. Steer clear of this company, they will overdraw from your account even if you are a responsible person and submit all the necessary paperwork to cancel. It's better to support local businesses anyway.
