I had never been to this Crusens location and was pretty excited because there was a band we wanted to see and all of the websites and promotional materials said that the band started at 8:00 we got here early to find out that they really came on at 9:00 so right there I was a little irked. I ordered a pound of traditional barbecue wings they were okay could have used a little bit more spice but they didn't even have any celery to go with it kind of a must-have when you have wings I think. It was also a bloody mess when I asked for a moist towelette, the guy looked at me like I was from a different planet. Oh yeah the glass that he served in my beer in was so sticky I felt like I walking across the floor of an old porn movie theater. Good place to watch live music in Peoria. I was visiting and watched football and live music. Good food, friendly service and great music.

Excellent location, been driving past for a while so us three guys did a first time visit, enjoyed the large accommodating space with plenty of options and great setup outside too. Noticed large bar space, appealing menu, we had good service for our time and didn't get to much of the menu but found the Frisco burger and sandwich very easy to eat. Our third guy wasn't a fan but us two bet he would've enjoyed the Frisco entrees. Good chance those are the best of the menu! There are good portions and some variety but not comparable to Country Club for quality of meats. I personally prefer Rhythm Kitchen and One World for Peoria eats for the large menu, better crafted ingredients, and favor their flavors along with the incredible spot that I discovered hidden away that is Kibab-G. read more

Food is excellent and the atmosphere is perfect for my lunch hour. The bartender was extremely rude and dismissive towards me. I attempted redirect this by apologizing for the inconvenience i may have caused even though i just waiting. She still just treated me like crap. When she did give my food to me, she totally irritated with me i suppose , so she sat my food on the bar with no silverware or napkins. Came in last night for dinner with a couple of friends before a comedy show at Jukebox. Came in about 6:30 and the place was empty! It was the four of us and about 4 or so other people. Place was fun and I am sure when busier is even more so. We all did the All You Can Eat special for Saturday night dinners. The breadsticks that came with everything were okay, but nothing special. Same with the pizza, nothing special, but the slices were good sized. The chicken strips were good. Fresh and really hot (heat) with a little breading, but not too much. The boneless w oj nas also weren't bad and the fries that came with it were great...nice and crispy. Service was good and friendly. Will definitely come back here in the future. read more

I would give zero stars if you could. They gave me someone else's credit card, same color and type. I called back next morning as soon as I noticed. They were to mail me my credit card. Went in yesterday with my Husband just to grab a quick bite to eat since we were kid free and I was pleasantly surprised. Most of the items on the menu were 1/2 off, for both lunches and soft drinks we paid $17!! The server was super friendly and attentive to our needs, food was really good, better than I expected. I really wish I would've taken down our servers name. I'll definitely be back again. Great place for a quick bite to eat. I'm not a big drinker so I don't know much about the drink specials at the bar but my cherry coke was great! I visited Crusens over the weekend and really enjoyed basking in the beautiful spring weather on their patio. It's definitely pimped out, with a bar and enough big screen TVs to play every sports game that is currently on. Our waitress was friendly and the service she provided was pretty good. Our food, while not revolutionary, was generally satisfying. We started with wings, which were great and definitely my favorite part of the meal. Crusens' wings are NOT BREADED, thank god, and spicy but not overwhelming. I ordered a Chicken Don wrap which was very, very mediocre. Chicken Don = chicken tenders = nothing special. My wrap had MAYBE 1.5 tenders and MAYBE one piece of bacon, but consisted mainly of iceberg lettuce. It is not something I would order again. My friend ordered a pork tenderloin and said it was really good. It looked amazing. Though not psyched about their Chicken Don wrap, I would happily return to Crusens and order some other entree. If you like your drinks weak, your bathroom puked in and your bar to smell like someone wiped it down with a dirty diper, Crusen's on Farmington is the place for you! I generally don't go to Farmington Road if I want to enjoy myself, and last night was a prime example of why. It's only a short drunken drive from Bradley, which is good for BU kids. But for the rest of us who aren't spending mom & dad's dollar, it's the place where everybody goes for pitchers & free wings on Wednesdays and to listen to cover bands who can't quite get the chords right, but the underage kids slipping in the back door are too young and hammered to notice the difference. Service is terrible and they always charge a cover to get in to hear a terrible band. It's either that you're waiting for the music to start and there's no background ambiance or when it starts you literally cannot hear the person next to you. Even in cities like New York, Chicago etc they don't charge cover, so I don't know why this place thinks it should be able to. I do not recommend. read more

It was 20 dollar cover tonight and that is ridiculous for it being a bar in peoria, IL. I don't even pay cover when I go to Scottsdale, Arizona clubs where you see celebrities and for this bar to be charging 20 just to get in is insane. Great Food and Great Music! I go for almost every Country Show. It's not a country only bar but they get quite a few country acts and they get the best country bands around and quite a few up and coming artists out of Nashville and even some more popular artists. Also drinks are reasonably priced. I always get the $4 big ass draft beers. read more

There was cover for some band which was expected on a Friday night. Drinks were weak. Noticed a ton of underaged patrons from Bradley. Smelled like vomit by the bar and in the bathrooms around 930. I left when the band started and the people that left right before me got their cover back but the door guy wouldn't extend the same courtesy tward me. Overall a dirty bar I will not go to again and would not recomend unless you're into drinking with a bunch of 18 year olds. read more

Crusen's on Farmington is a good experience. It's a large bar with cheap drinks and cheap food. The waitresses are kind of ditzy, but you could just order from the bar. They have great deals including the occasional bucket of beer with a free pizza. They also have free pizza on Friday afternoons as well as free popcorn at all times. It does smell here but if you want to see a fight I'd come here. Crusens Farm is a very casual place... I've seen someone with their hunting gear on and pregnant women dancing around so Crusens has all demographics filled that could be a bad or good thing depending on one's opinion. read more

This bar has a cover every weekend. You will instantly notice that it smells like puke. Make sure to go to the bathroom 20 minutes before you have to pee because that is how long you will be waiting. On the plus side, there are some hot girls. But check their id before jumping in bed because the ID check isn't too strict. read more

Had a terrible experience at War Memorial location on September 15 around 6pm. Had a lovely waitress but upon asking another waitress for silverware & napkins was told there was no clean silverware and an entire package of napkins was slammed on table. We asked for the manager but no one ever came over. Will be sure to tell others NOT to go there and will never patronize again. read more

First off let me say this, I know its a bar but sometimes it's good to be professional and clean to make good $$$... Went there with my wife to eat n have a beer.. Off the bat there was like old food and BBQ sauce all over our menus.. Then hot our drinks, n kept seeing our waitress go to the bathroom, n then coming n checking on us to see if we were ready. This bar does not seem to be very well managed. It is very unorganized, service is slow.. Clearly wait staff are hired on appearance and not expertise. There generally isn't a great selection of draft beers, and like I said before you will be waiting for a while to get served! Live music is great here as they have a nice stage set up for it, also the beer garden is quite nice in the summer. Another plus of this place is that there is always ample parking spots. read more
